Good hotel, near city center, good breakfast but unfortunatelly fodd was finishing quite fast and you had to wait around 30 minutes for another round of egs, etc. Nevertheless food was good,

The room had issues with the sewer drain and there was bad smell. It was also very hot, without possibility to adjust the room temperature

The location is pretty good, 10 minutes close to the Christmas fair.

breakfast was not so wow few choices ,quality so so and no personell welcome you there or ask for roomnumber., room walls need a paintjob everywhere spots. of dirt ,bathroom smell bad and seen several crawling bugs ,staff knows because when we enter our room it stank awful like bugkiller we had to open window for air ,than for a 4 star no facillities in room like coffee/teamaker,not even a no disturb sign . there was a fridge but it made too much noise . last point please renew once tge pricelist of drinks it looked 10 years old and dirty

At the morning meal, the menu was diverse, but the number of drinks is small. From my point of view, a bottle of water should be placed on each table.

Had to ask for basic stuff as do not disturb badge and never got them. And the grossest thing - the soap in the bathroom had chewed chewing gum and hair on it

The room wasn’t that clean, the roof was dirty, the toilet lid broken, a hole right next to toilet vent, the drain cover was missing from the sink, some problems with the shower, overall not value for money and this is not a 4 star hotel.

A smell of moisture from the bathroom, not extremely bad, but disagreeable. No shampoo provided.

A simple room, but with a desk, which comes handy for work. I liked the spacious breakfast room with terrace. Breakfast is good.

The air conditioning was not working, we had trouble sleeping because of that. The cleanness of the room was poor, so we wouldn't go back there. We don't recommend it!

The receptionist when we checked in was not in the mood for work at all, he just copied my id card and handed me the key without explaining anything about payment, breakfast hours and etc.

This hotel is great for a short stay in the city. Location is great and really close to the city center. Within 10 min walk you are in the main streets. The neighbourhood is quiet. The room was spacious and really clean. The staff of the hotel was nice and responded quickly to our issue with the air conditioning in the room. Breakfast was typical as in most hotels, but enough to get your day started.

The bed was kind of not on level. The air condition didn't function. When you went take a shower, it's really small place getting in. The door into shower is a glass door which dont move.

The " elevator" problem. You can't go from the reception to 7 floor until you don't call the right elevator. Bed wasn't confortable, and my blanket wasn't covered with the sheet and it was kind of dirty with much hair on it. Poor sound proof at 7 floor. I would say more a 3 stars and definitely not a 4stars.

My room had a terrace and the parking space. Breakfast was good to.

The room had way too much perfume, I had to air the room for more than 1 hour for the smell to go away. The shower didn't have good water pressure, it was a bit annoying. Also there was no place for hanging (clothes, towels etc) only the space in the closet. The terrace, although big, didn't have any chairs&table and it was in great need of renovation.
