for a first time visitor it wasn't clear how to get into brasov centre by transport of any kind. also would have liked a double bed instead of a single bed

The dishes from breakfast were not clean! I tried 3 coffee cups in order to find one clean enough. The liquid soap container in the shower was empty.

The room was spacious enough, quite clean and smelled good. It was quiet, so we could rest well.

Lunch and dinner choices were pretty limited for us, although there could be several choices for others. During the first two days there was no hot water, but mainly somehow warm, not enough for a bath. This improved for the rest of the stay. Sometimes only one elevator was functioning which increased waiting time during busy hours in the morning.

Room was clean, warm, comfortable beds. Breakfast was fine, enough variety for everyone and refill was done in time. The parking in front of the hotel was almost always full, but still could find a spot every day, if arrived earlier. Personnel from reception, cleaning and restaurant was helpful and always polite. We appreciate helping us with a little earlier check in. It is several minutes walk to the bus station Poiana Mare, aprox. 600 m, and one more stop to reach the slopes (telegondola Postavarul).

Some of the amenities on the properties would need a bit more careful maintenance (for example the bathroom needed some more accessories).

The hotel offers very nice and clean rooms on a location which is relatively close to the center. The breakfast is relatively standard but good and the the staff is very nice and helpful

A bit of noise from renovation on lower floors, but it was not often, and it is normal, if we want good things and progress. However, the reception could have helped in silencing the works on a saturday afternoon, proactively.

The hotel is cozy, with renovated rooms on some floors. Good heating, great bed and modern amenities. The restaurant offered a good variety. Would recommend this location for a 2-3 nights stay.

The tables is the restaurant were not very clean. The price of the food was high and the food was only average. The shuttle to the slopes was in reparation which was very bad because the hotel si far from the slopes.

The rooms are nice and clean, the bed is comfy, the breakfast is good for the hotel range.

In the parking lot, one minibus and one bus were parked in a way occupying more space then they were supposed to.

It was just a weird entrance to bathroom. You have a staircase which you should climb to get inside. Also the showers doors aren't keeping the water out of the floor as they should, but it's a minor issue.

Great and tasty breakfast, kind staff, secure front doors at late night hours. Very very nice balcony in the room on the top floors. You can see the opera and Munch museum.

Well, it is good value for the money paid. Solo traveler, one night only! Although I would highly recommend looking into cleaning details. For example, one of the blankets (not the blanket covers) from my room had old blood on it. Therefore, it seems that there is no attention given to the blankets themselves. Also there was a dead big mosquito on the wall left from some time ago. The breakfast was ok overall, don’t have high expectations. Please improve the milk used for the coffee (it is ARO UHT, cheapest milk from the local market). The room for the breakfast can become very crowded during the morning. In my case, although I was a solo traveler and manage to find a free table at the breakfast, there was an old couple which just landed on my table to eat, without asking any permission. There are 2 elevators and only one was functioning for the entire hotel. Moreover, the elevator is fitting only 1-2 maaax persons. Thus, long times to wait for the elevator. It’s is a nice location, unfortunately it is very sad to see that the owners do not invest in the hotel, as it was huge potential.
