Breakfast is disaster - as the hotel was full of guests, we almost didn't have anything for breakfast, there were no food available. Only few free parking spaces inside and around the hotel - we had to park half kilometer away from hotel on unsecured space outside of urban area

We didn't have enough bedding, dust in the room, pull-out bed not comfortable. It's crowded at breakfast, but that's not a problem, since the food was replenished slowly, the service tried, but they just couldn't achieve it.

Rooms are not clean basically...when we came in there was a lot of dust, and some garbage of the previous guest i suppose. Also there was something spilt next to bed and the floor was sticky and dirty

Good location, big room with separate living room and good size bathroom. A bit outdated but more than enough for a couple of nights.

Beds are quite hard, big beds but in need of new mattresses.

Good value for money, we went there for a wedding over the weekend. Terrace in the back of the hotel where we spent some time having drinks.

- No cosmetics in the bathroom - no soap or shower gel (The toilet paper was there :)). - I lived on the 1st floor. In the shower, after turning on the hot water, I waited about 3-4 minutes for the hot water to flow. - The shower head was old and 'the standard' water jet option did not work. - Despite being assured when booking that a parking space was available, upon arrival around 10 p.m. I was informed that the parking lot was full and I had to park my car on the street near the hotel.

The room in general was not great, the spare pillows had old stains, no vent fan in the bathroom, the air conditioner was very old, a bit broken and very noisy. The breakfast was a joke, had to go to nearby shop to buy something after breakfast

It was very clean, all sheets smelled great. The staff was very polite and helpful. The parking was secure behind locked gates in the night.

It didn't have air conditioner, it was hot in the room. If you can provide some air conditioning, that will be great. The TV was not working. Some lights were not working

It was impossible to reach the hotel via phone. Tried several times to inform them about some delay (caused by traffic congestion and other things) but no answer. Luckily the reception is open 24/7 so we're able to do also very late check-in.

The breakfast was excellent, with enough variety, and was regularly refilled with fresh vegetables, fruits, and food.

Thé furniture was very damaged

Perfect room size and setup for a family with 3 kids and we loved thé garden. Thé breakfast was more than ok. The bus station for E2 line is across thé street from thé hôtel and links to Center of Timisoara and main tourist areas
