We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesIt’s at a busy intersection but the windows provided good isolation from the traffic noise. The parking can be a little better. It’s tiny and has no space.

Czech RepublicWe chose this hotel because it is close to our customer's and partner's offices. Otherwise it may be rather far from the city center for some guest. Room was rather small but cosy and clean. There is excellent and very helpful staff at the reception. Decent on site restaurant serving also a tasteful breakfasts. Breakfasts are rather standard, but enough for the job. All in all, we were satisfied and could safely recommend this lovely hotel with friendly staff to anyone.

La Roca Boutique Hotel is a cozy boutique hotel near the new Promenada mall. We were happy as we encounter there exceptional services, great staff, clean and comfortable room, very good Julius Meinl coffee and delicious breakfast. Above all they are pet friendly. Thank you La Rocca for nice stay and for sure we will comeback.
