Breakfast could be much better. As well as the a-la-carte hours service in the restaurant.

The hotel is not in a very convenient location.it means that you needs taxis/Uber to get around. We didnt mind at all as the apartment was worth it.

The superior apartment is huge!! It was also very clean, the Spa is great, with an adults only suara area. Also VERY clean and well maintained. The facilities provide towels, Robert and slippers and it really felt like a Spa. Great place to stay with kids if the weather is not so good for walking around. We had a late night flight and it was wonderful to have someone at Reception 24/7 so,we could easily check out.

On a minor point, the rooms and corridor carpets were dated and could be refreshed. Cooking facilities were only OK (no toaster or oven) and we felt this was needed for an apartment.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Good spacious facilities that met all our needs.

Excellent breakfast with many options to choose from, including coffee and juice. The restaurant location was amazing with a wonderful view and everything was cleaned immediately. They refill the bars as soon as anything goes out so you always have an option to choose and you don't have to wake up earlier to catch up on anything.

We were disappointed that my wife was not allowed to enter the pool because she was not wearing "European swimwear," preventing her from enjoying the pool. This policy should be more clearly communicated to guests to avoid such inconveniences.

We found a cockroache in the bed side table... That was first time happening to me! I was shocked! The breakfast was okay nothing special. The location far away from the center but we knew that. The room minimalistic it was so big but with not a lot of furnitures

Literally Amazing!! Great welcoming from the staff! We came in a bit earlier and they were so lovely not to charge us for early checkin in. Waited only few minutes the rooms was ready! the apartment was huge and beautiful at high standard! fully equipped!A massive balcony!Swimming pool was stunning, sauna, gym !and what a fantastic view of the restaurant on the last floor. the food was delicious ! the hotel is located in a very quiet area and only 8m from the city centre. what else can i say, everything was just outstanding!! we loved the place and will definitely come back very soon :-)

Apartment had windows to view the most beautiful city scape but looked at a very near block of flats. In fact, this flat was close enough to render the balcony useless do to its lack of privacy.

The spa was good. Zina provided medical level treatment with lasting results. The staff at the two counters in the lobby helped me again and again with all questions and issues in and out of the facility.

-SatNav takes you around the back (would need to follow your nose to the main reception area) -neighbour itself has not had much investment like other parts, but nonetheless, it was safe and easy

- Easy access to the metro (ten mins walk), and Carrefour/Mall -Extra Spacious, and comfortable room (great for two children to run around after a flight!) -Access to spa if wanted -Nice breakfast -friendly staff

I didn't like the view and the location of Hotel, especially when we where at the top floor for breakfast. Another point is we were bit disappointed about packed breakfast. I asked about it if we can have it or before we leave to the airport around 3.30 am but no response during our checking out. First of all they should called us in the room to confirm if we can have it or not and if yes at least they will let us know during our checking out.

Breakfast was nice but if there was Nutella or other spreadable chocolates for kids it will be much appreciated. Although we made use of Spa only once I can say it was great service for us all. The Room, I mean the Apartment was amazing huge. Till now I've never been abroad and stayed in a room or apartment like that. it was really amazing for a family of four.

Every time we visit Bucharest, we go to this hotel or residence because of the SPA and the size of the apartments is just amazing. The breakfast is full of different choose!

The swimming pool opens only from 7h. It vould be much better if it opens from 6h or if it closes at midnight instead of 22h...
