The bed was comfortable. I had in one of the mornings breakfast and it was good with a very good coffee. The fact that there is a bar/restaurant on site is very good.

Before I arrived, I've messaged them via Booking.com several times but none were answered! There was no reception when I arrived & the hotel door was locked. Luckily, I went around & found another staff in another area to open the door & get the receptionist for me

Finding a free parking place can be a problem. We had to leave our car on the street. We were not able to close the bathroom door - it was broke because of the humidity. Small renovations would be nice here and there.

Clean rooms, lots of space. We stayed only one night but inside the room there is a fridge that can be very helpful for longer stays. Rooms were quiet. Definitely a good value for the money.

The girl waiter asked us the first and the third day if we had breakfast included, even though she served it to us perviously. She took a lot of time to bring the food on the third day.

1. It is a 20 minutes walk from the citadel. 2. The room was clean, spacious and the cleaning lady very attentive to our needs. 3. The airconditoner was working as intended. 4. They managed to give us the breakfast that was included, even though there was confusion about it two mornings. 5. The Indian waiter was very nice and polite, always served us with a smile. 6. The receptionist waited to check us in when our train was an hour late.

The staff speaks no English, making communication difficult. Also, we waited approximately 30 minutes for someone to appear at the counter when we originally arrived.

The facility was super clean, reasonably priced, and comfortable. The staff was also wonderful.

The hot water was only warm not really hot and during the night it was no electric power for a period longer than 3 hours.

The hotel is well located, easy to find a parking, comfortable and the room was big enough.

Very much noise from the restaurant, Way too many people were smoking in non-smoking areas without the staff caring about this, hence cigarette smell everywhere.

Strong cigar smell coming from the bathroom ventilation whenever the fan was not in operation - probably through the vent ducts connected to a smoking area. Problem solved by keeping the bathroom door closed at night. Uncomfortable room design, with a big pillar in the middle of the room. Although the hotel has a big private parking, out of the 5 nights spent there, only for the first one I could get a place inside. Every evening I found the parking lot full of cars belonging to guest at various events taking place at the hotel's restaurant. Pretty bad lack of personnel - 2 days with no receptionist, having to look for waiters in the morning in order to get breakfast. Last evening the hot water turned cold while showering (rest of the days it was ok, hot and with pressure).

Very clean, both room and bathroom. Big bathroom, with very generous shower space (not the usual shower cabin, but an entire area about 1/3 of the total bathroom space, separated by a glass wall). Very good lighting in the bathroom. Hard type mattress, which I appreciate. Decent soundproofing. Good breakfast, although, if there are not enough guests, you'll only have the option "a la carte", with only a few choices. Otherwise, buffet type, with plenty options. Very good location, close to everything one may need and also to the medieval fort (which is worth visiting even if that's not your travel purpose).

The toilet flush did not work. The shower cabin was missing one of the doors, so it was impossible to close. Furthermore there was absolutely no warm water whem we wanted to shower the next morning.

We booked this last minute at 10pm and they were still able to check us in. The lady seemed a bit confused but was still happy to help us. The room was nice and very clean.

The location is about 1+ Km away to the Alba Carolina citadel. Sill at the walking distance to the Citadel or ask for a taxi. Not covered windows at the bathroom, could alow you to provide a free show to the people on streets during the shower :), at least from rooms on 1st floor. So be ingenious and use the available towers to cover the shower window.

Nice, big, well decorated rooms; Thick wall of the building maintaine a nice and comfortable climate in the summer days. Welcomed, friendly and helpful staff. Good restaurant with a nice terrace. Tasty, plaintful, fixed menu breakfast. We've asked for two breakfasts whitch were enough for a family with two children. Yes, we've asked for additional paid cups of coffe, but this is more about our habits :) Why not to say...decent price count. So thanks for our nice stay.
