Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

SerbiaAs we experienced in several european hotels this spring, you have a duvet for covering. However, this year, spring is extremely warm, so using the sheets leaves you feeling cold, and using a duvet makes you wake up in a puddle of sweat 🤣. It would be nice to have a light blanket as an option as well. But this applies to all hotels 😀
We loved everything. The location is perfect. 5 mins on foot from the hotel, there is a small shopping centre, McDonalds, Penny, Kaufland, Lidl. 20mins on foot - Downtown! Iulius Town or Amazonia aqua park - 10mins by car. There is parking as a part of the hotel, free and safe. The area is residential, quiet, trees and birds everywhere. Breakfast was very nice, nothing over the top, but it had everything. The room was spacious, so was the bathroom. I loooved the bathroom!!! We were able to open windows and that was cool. Towels changed daily. We didn't hear any noises from other rooms, beds were comfortable and pillows (2 different pillows per person) as well.

The room was clean and situated in a quiet neighborhood, yet conveniently close to Union Square and other attractions, all within walking distance. The hotel staff were exceptionally kind and accommodating, allowing me to park early and facilitating an early check-in. The hotel's private parking was a bonus, offering convenience and security. The room itself was spacious and featured a comfortable bed, ensuring a restful stay. Overall, I highly recommend Hotel President.
