As a professional attending the Interactiv Progresiv conference on April 24, staying at the QOSMO Hotel in Brașov was an experience that perfectly complemented the innovative spirit of the event. Location and First Impressions Nestled in the heart of Brașov, within the vibrant Cartier CORESI, QOSMO is not just conveniently located but also a testament to the city's burgeoning role as a business and leisure hub. The hotel's proximity to Coresi Business Campus and Coresi Shopping Resort made it an ideal spot for both professional engagements and after-hours exploration. Room and Amenities My stay was in one of their 128 meticulously designed rooms. The room boasted a serene, calming atmosphere with a see-through glass bathroom and an adaptable lighting system that perfectly catered to both my morning and nighttime routines. The high-end soundproofing and blackout curtains ensured a night of undisturbed sleep, critical before a day of conference presentations and networking. Service and Experience Service at QOSMO is where the hotel truly shines. Every interaction with the staff was marked by a personalized touch that made the stay feel bespoke and exclusive. Everything was great. Is the 3rd time staying at Qosmo and is my 1st choice when traveling to Brasov. Great location, comfortable beds, modern design, very nice breakfast and excellent customer service. All the staff are very attentive starting with the team from restaurant, the cleaning lady, the reception team , everybody wants to meet all customer needs . For example the team at checking in, they remembered that last time I requested down pillows and I already had them in the room. Thank you for hospitality!

The hotel is strategically located across the street from the Coresi Mall in Brasov. It’s spotless clean. Staff is impeccably welcoming and courteous. The room we had was a free upgrade, with windows towards the mall square and a terrace. Absolutely loved the bathroom, shower pressure is a dream (best neck massage ever!) The breakfast is extremely rich and diverse, and everything is arranged in the perfect way for your Instagram stories.

Wonderful staff, rooms, excellent beds, spacious modern design and amazing bathroom. The restaurant, bar and all staff were wonderful. The food in the restaurant was excellent as was all the service staff.

It was our next stay in Qosmo, as usually a very pleasant one. We also had something to try in the Monarch restaurant, which is tasty, but the prices are too high, and the portions are really small. And this time, the breakfast was not as usual. Unfortunately, the omlette was warmed up, not freshly prepared, and gree salad was not washed properly. Hope it will be better next time.

Everything was amazing, from the staff to the room and location. They are so polite and welcoming. The room was exactly what you except from the pictures and the location was amazing, close to a shopping center and restaurants, and a lot of parking spaces.

There were no paper napkins in the room. Maybe they forgot to add. We also forgot to ask for them. Other than that, the room was lovely!

Staff was very accomodating. Our daughter has food allergies and they changed the meals so she would be able to eat as well. The hotel was kind enough to rebook our stay even though we only called them 1 day in advance. We prepaid and would have lost our money. View was also amazing! They have floor to ceiling windows and the view on the same side of the hotel as the lobby was pretty nice! On the other side of the hotel there is a construction site, so maybe not so nice for people who get a room on that side.

This was our second time in Qosmo, and it was great again! Thermos bottle with camomile tea and a sweet treat in the room upon arrival on a rainy cold night was amazing!
