The air conditioning system wasn't adequately equipped to handle the surge in heat we experienced. As a result, the room temperature reached 26 degrees, and the air conditioning unit would cease operating every 60 minutes. Also on one evening, the parking area was fully occupied, necessitating us to park on the street.

I greatly appreciated the location, the provided services, the quality of the food, the efficient Wi-Fi, and the spaciousness of the room, which even allowed for the addition of a second bed for my son.

The room was spacious and well-appointed. More generally, the property was OK, and the location was good. However, the staff is some of the worst I've encountered, and their behaviour was shocking. Forget about any trace of hospitality; everyone we've dealt with was arrogant, rude, and some were hostile. To illustrate, we were first denied entry into the parking lot upon arrival. After some time, we were told that the parking is full, but were allowed to drop off our bags. However, as we pulled over and started unloading our luggage, several parking people began yelling at us, using expletives!!!, and asking us to leave immediately. As far as we can tell, they wanted us to instantly free up the parking place just in front of the entrance for someone with a big expensive SUV --with local plates! When I asked the front desk about the parking situation, they claimed, "many local people have sauna and gym subscriptions and are allowed to park"; so we, as paying guests, may have to park elsewhere. When I pointed out that the terms of the reservation included parking, he first denied that was the case; then, eventually, he rolled his eyes over, took our car licence plates, and said he was going to call us once a parking place became available (he never did, we figured it out). The above is just one concrete example, but it is, unfortunately, representative of all our interactions with their so called "staff". So in sum, the room and location were OK, but unless you would like to be shouted expletives at (the parking people literally swore at us!) and be treated with contempt, do yourself a favour and avoid this place.

Bathroom fixtures were old, no hand soap , did not replace shower gel, poor quality towels, not enough towels, size of towels was inappropriate, dirty carpets, dirty lounge, could not serve lunch( salads) , no restaurant in the vicinity,

The blankets were very very small that did not offer a comfortable sleep, especially for the hotel's price. The breakfast was similar as if you stayed in a 3 stars hotel

The positioning of the hotel was ok for me. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. Very usual breakfast.

I used booking.com and selected a room with a city view. After settling in for the night I was in a room with absolutely no view. I took a picture. The front desk staff wasn’t very friendly. Not what somebody would expect at 4-star hotel. I was overcharged at checkout. Luckily I spotted the error and they adjusted it.

I liked that there was free parking. the breakfast was nice too

The breakfast "to go" I received on checking out at 6.30am was very basic: a ham & cheese sandwich, an apple, an orange and a yoghurt without a spoon or serviette! Check out procedure very slow. Hotel unable to order a taxi which accepted credit cards.

AC didnt work on first room. I booked some bigger room and went there room temperature was 29⁰C and didnt go down. Repairman try to fix ot twice and after i must packed my things and move to another room. There it take 5h to get the room temperature go below 25⁰C. And they charge me full price.
