Didn’t love all the stairs but I knew what I was getting into as everything is very clear and states plenty of information about the stairs (not the easiest thing in heels)

A bit of stairs to climb with the luggage, but that information is visible when you book, so no surprises there.

The location is definitely the winner here, right at the center of the city. The room was nice and spacious and the bed was really comfortable. It's also facing an inner patio, so you don't hear the noise from the main streets.

Can't add anything here, probably it will be good to rotate from day to day a set of hot meals (omlet, next day - potato, next day - rice, next day - grilled vegetables or some like that)

I like Upstairs Boutique's hospitality: friendly staff, free access to the tea/ coffee/ water/ microwave own/ toaster, good location, free slippers, room cleaning, and fresh water in the room each day

The location was good. The apartment was as described. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We only stayed for 2 days and out all day so only slept in the room. It was very good value for money,

Signage from the street could be better but the instructions sent in the pre-arrival email were helpful. Also, the bus from the airport is now the 100 express bus not the 789 like sent in the email from the hotel.

Fantastic hosts, breakfast good for the value and price of the hotel, comfy beds and spotlessly clean, great location near the old town of Bucharest.

No extra pillows, no Murrow in bedroom apart from the bathroom but once the shower has been used it steams up.

The stairs leading to the hotel are made from iron and look like they would collapse any minute. The breakfast was boring. The room was lacking a trash bin (only one in the bathroom) and a mini fridge.

The room was clean but a little bit small, and unfotunately it was smelling bad, the smell was coming from the bath.

Location was really good, almost next to Old Town, 600 mt to subway. But you should be aware of the stairs (it is good that the crew warns you by welcoming message) Breakfast was enough, but it is a good opportunity to have the free use of coffee machine during the day.

There was a slight smell in the courtyard that lingered around.

The location was excellent, just outside of the old town but only a few blocks away. Near coffee shops and bars and in between all the places I had bookmarked. The location is up a lot of stairs, as to be expected, but it was quiet and removed. The staff were extremely helpful, breakfast was good, and the accommodations were exactly what I needed.

My wifi stopped working after first day ,but as I was in and out whole day I didnt manage to ask reception. Also I was staying for 4 nights but there was nobody cleaning room,I didnt mind as I was alone but I guess when there is 2 people you would run out of toilet paper and need clean towels.

Amazing location for those who love to walk around the town-close to old town,buses and restaurants.Breakfast was typical eastern European so couldn't complain as Im used to it and you could use tea ,coffee machine till 10pm .Room was good size and bed was comfortable.

linen was never changed too much stairs to reach room especially for who has large luggage.no lifts reception times restricted so if you arrive outside those hours can be a problem if you need assistance
