We only overslept in the accommodation, so we did not need much. Accommodation had a beautiful garden with a lot trees. The owner was amassing lady, absolutely helpful and all the time smiling. Next to the accommodation is an excellent restaurant for breakfast which we really enjoyed as well

The apartment is located in a very nice yard with large trees that create a lot of shade - very suitable for hot summer days. The facilities are just enough for a family of four.

Beautiful vacation spot. The location is perfect, everything is close by. The lake is 5 minutes away from the apartment, and you have a grocery store, bakery, and gas station right next to the apartment. Also, Subotica is just a 10-minute drive from the apartment. Highly recommended!

Everything. It’s my return visit to the property and I would choose it above all in the vicinity. The feel of tranquil oases Altho very close to busy road. Very clean facilities with everything needed for comfortable stay. Tatjana the owner is always there to help and advise. Will return again.

The location was good, by the main road, yet there is a big front yard, so it's cozy and quiet. It was clean and comfortable, the owner was nice. We just sent the night, but I would recommend it or stay again

Nothing! Everything was more than I hoped for. Even the cat and two doggies were delightful addition to our stay.

Everything! The owner Tanja was excellent. We were stuck at the nearby border crossing for additional 4hrs and we checked in 1AM Dead tired and she was waiting for us. Such kindness.. even plate full of fruits was waiting in the room which was equipped with all standard necessities and plenty of little things which make your stay even more confotable . She thought of everything. WiFi was strong and parking was free. They even has windshield cleaning stuffs for the visitors cars! The huge bonus was the garden, off the main busy road but quiet and lovely with huge pantan trees covering the whole area and providing thick shade from scorching sun, while Palić recreation Center and lake is across the road. We slept late and we were able to check out past the allotted time taking advantage of the beautiful garden with cobbled patio for our late breakfast. Truthfully I was disappointed that I only booked overnight stay. Should have booked at least 2 nights. But I will return. Thank you for your help and hospitality

The accomodation is easy to find, close to the lake, clean, comfortable, warm. The host is very friendly and fair. The garden is lovely, I enjoyed it very much. Great value for money, would recommend. The atmosphere of the place is positive with calming effect. Loved it and would visit again.

Everything was great :) Big room with very comfortable beds, clean and small kitchen - good place to stay. Great, safe and big garden with some animals. The owner was very nice, she ordered a pizza for us because we was too tired to go outside for eat something - Thank You 🙂 I can recommend

Apartment is okay for two, but with the four of us staying, it was too crowded. I didn’t find the bed and the sheets comfortable, however for one-night-stay and with that wonderful garden in my mind, it can be ok.

The garden in front of the apartment is charming! We didn’t want to leave it. Whether it is a coffee in the morning or wine in the evening, you will enjoy your time spent here. Hosts are also amazing (both people and pets 😃), they are very friendly and willing to help with everything you might possibly need! Toilet is spacious, bright and clean.

The parrots in the yard made it difficult to get a good night's sleep, and it was nowhere mentioned that there were any animals on the property
