I reserved and paid for “apartment” but sleeping room did not have air conditioning. They transferred me to one bedroom for that reason, so I could sleep comfortably, yet they still charged me for “apartment” for this reason alone I regret making reservation thru agency, I also fault the hotel, renting non functioning place

We stayed in the annex this time, our room was on the 3rd floor and there’s no elevator so if you travel with heavy luggage be aware of it. Rooms in the annex are smaller and not sound proof.

You had to pay for water from the mini bar.

The location was great. The hotel included breakfast which was a buffet with a good variety of food. We were upgraded to a larger room facing the square which was a bonus.

The location is a little bit far from the main attraction.

Breakfast is nice and plenty of choices. We like the old man in the restaurant every morning, we forgot to get his name but he’s superb. The 20% off in their restaurant during lunch or dinner is nice.

Booked at the annex of the hotel, but there is nowhere a photo or any information that you have to GET OUT of the building to go to the annex and every morning you have to walk to the main one to have breakfast. Luckily, the weather was really good, but I don't want to imagine how it would be to walk from the one building to the other at -5°C in order to have breakfast. Secondly, and maybe most important, in general information it includes elevator, but there is no information that the annex does not have an elevator, and you have to walk the stairs!! This should be written at the information if you have to walk so many steps to go to the 2nd floor and you are also carrying a luggage! Thankfully, Maria and Smijla, at arrival and departure, were kind enough to ask from someone who works there to help with the luggage! 😁

The cleaning ladies were doing a good job and were very kind and welcoming! The room is nice and the bed is excellent. In general, good value for money! The hotel is close to the tram station and it will be easy to go to the main attractions of the city. The girls at the reception are very kind and they will give you all the needed information for your stay! A pleasant surprise that Smilja speaks Greek!

The pictures of the room I have booked were not what I got. Also if you book a room in the annex, just a heads up. It’s up to three floors and no elevator, the breakfast area is in the main building so if you wanna go for breakfast/ lunch whatever you need a coat and a strong will power. Also as a message to the person in charge of what goes in here, please inform your guests beforehand that there’s no elevator in the annex building.

Huge noise of the traffic during the night. The windows are plastic with very bad noise insulation. I hardly could sleep for half of the night.

The annex building is not that nice, with old rooms and very few sockets, and three floors with no lift. The reception staff was not very helpful (I asked a question and the reply was "I don't know", didn't even care to check online). Not many eating options close to the hotel.

Located nice but the auto station nearby creates here some weird people. The design of the rooms is okay, the bed is comfortable, every technique and soket in the room works. The breakfast is delicious and hearty
