excellent location, professional and kind staff, very comfortable beds. I especially liked the windows (bay window style), which provided beautiful view and a lot of natural light. The room was facing the park and a busy street, which can be loud, but the windows were sound proof, but could also be opened if needed.

The toilet was very small, or more like incorrectly positioned. If you sit on the toiletseat, your knees touch the wall, hard to get up, also the slippers were soft material, teared the next day in the morning.

The single lift was total rubbish - at 7, selected 0, stopped at 1, back up to 7, finally down to zero. On the ground floor, selected (4,5,7), it did 0, 3, 2, 0, 4, 5, 7. Crazy. Curtains don't keep the 5am daylight out!

Milos is the greatest hotel receptionist - knows all the best places in the city. Excellent advice for bars, restaurants, etc. Breakfast was wonderful (if you like savoury breakfasts!) Great location.

Between the reception and the elevator there is a stairway with about 10 stairs. You have to carry your language through stairs.

The hotel has a long history - for those familiar with Milos Crnjanski, it is this hotel he stayed at when he returned from his London exile. The hotel still commemorates a part of that history.
