The only minus I could think of was not particularly in this hotel but allover in the country: there are smoking areas inside of the restaurants - in the hotel restaurant there was smoking area as well, but it was quite easy to avoid smoke by sitting a bit further away from the smokers.

Small number of parking spaces...

Room was very big and clean, but we paid for the room with no windows so it was little strange, no fresh air...but you can open the door to let it air out or turn on the air conditioner to circulate the air a little. 2 water bottles in the room were free and we receive one small gift from the hotel, very nice gesture. Stuff was very polite. The breakfast was good and quite enough. The location of the hotel is perfect.

The only downside is that the fridge in the room was too loud.

I was a bit afraid of the "no windows" rooms, but the rooms were actually very cosy, clean, comfortable and nice, I can only highly recommend the hotel. The personnel was very friendly and helpful, and the location in town is excellent.

All in all I don't really have anything particularly negative to say about the hotel,would return.Maybe the room looks a bit outdated overall but considering service,friendly stuff and exceptional location it was not an issue for me

Exceptional location of the hotel ,5mins walking distance from the city center,very clean and big rooms,our room didn't have windows but that's what we booked, and it was not an issue for me,it was very peaceful for sleeping .Very good breakfast.The stuff is very friendly, especially one of the girls working on the reception.Good value for the money.

The room we stayed in didn't have a proper window. There was one Glass Block Window that couldn't be opened and wasn't seethrough and a small window above the bed. Seemed a bit claustrophobic.

The location of the hotel is great, a 5-minute walk from the city center. The staff is friendly and always ready to help out with any questions or inquiries. There is a nice restaurant in the hotel with affordable prices for food and beverages. Breakfast was included, but it was the same offer every day. The internet connection was stable.

Didn't like the area much, for a small walk. Should walk further more to be at the nice part of city. Apart from this detail, nothing really negative.

Very friendly staff, private parking free of charge, big room, very good breakfast. Also just opposite from the most famous kebab house in Novisad!! Met a waiter in breakfast that was speaking good Greek that was very nice and friendly!

The rooms are dated and not well maintained, they are in need of renovation.

The staff were amazing, so helpful, kind and they really wanted to offer the guests the best experience! The property is a short walk to the old town.

The breakfast was not rich. There were a few kind of things to eat but the ones they had good enough to eat. There could be some more kinds to give alternative to the guests. And the water machine was so slow. To fill up a glass of water, you need to stand and push the button like a few minutes.

The room we stayed was comfortable. And we had space to spend time in the room. The furnitures was not new but the room was clean. Since our room was looking to the side street so it was quite and peaceful to sleep after exit festival. The best thing with the hotel is the location. Easy to walk main square and exit festival by walking The hotel staff was nice and helpful. They also gifted us a novi sad magnet :) thanks for it. And we generally recommend this hotel.

There wasn't shampoo, just something universal 3in1 with shower gel etc. Air conditioner did not cool, even when I set 18 degree.

Breakfast was good. Location is great, near to the city center and all attractions. And hotel freely upgraded my room to better one.
