Although the room description stated the room was soundproof, this was definitely not the case. We were able to clearly hear anything coming from the adjoining rooms. On a side note, it would be expected that a hotel manger/owner shows the same exemplary (Covid-19) behavior as the rest of his employees.

Cozy and perfectly located hotel with friendly staff and a great breakfast. With the kitchen/bar working 24/7, we could easily get some tasty food when arriving late at the hotel.

everything was great!

I don’t usually write any reviews but this time I’m going to. this hotel is very beautiful, even though the rooms are a little small I had enough space for everything. the interior is very cozy and welcoming. rooms are very clean. I also wanted to thank the staff for helping me to get medicine early in the morning. everyone who works there is really nice and does a great job! The location is also awesome, very close to everything! I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in Moscow!

The "pre-autirisation" debited the card 24 hours before our actual stay. When upon the booking it was confirmed, that no pre-payment would be needed, and we will pay at the property. Unprofessional and against the booking agreement

- Rooms are not sound proof at all. During the night there was constant noise from different neighbors talking and laughing - Mattress is very hard

Around a 30 min walk to Red Square and a 7 min walk to the nearest metro station. The location of the hotel isn’t that good. Also, the amenities in the bathroom weren’t exhaustive and kept to basic. Also, the bathroom did not have a bathtub. Also, whenever the lights were fully open, some system that’s connecting the lighting altogether kept making a continuous buzz. Not too loud but enough to annoy you somehow.

The ground floor with the reception/bar/breakfast area is not very spacious and can get a bit crowded in the mornings, especially during high season. But the breakfast is very good and totally worth it.

A fairly small hotel in the quieter part of Moscow center. The location is very nice, as it's not on a noisy main street such as Tverskaya, but just a few minutes walk from all the central restaurants and bars. The Hermitage gardens park is also very close if you want to enjoy a bit of greenery. Our room was just above the main entrance overlooking the street corner and while we did expect it to bee a bit bigger from the photos, there was still quite enough room. The bathroom, on the other hand, exceeded our expectations in terms of size.

My mini bar wasnt working the whole night. I had put inside some caviar that almost got damaged. It took whole day the next day to provide a new minibar. My phone lune was dead for half hour so i couldnt call the reception. I had a half cream in the room when i checked in which was left by the previous client. The staff was generally helpful. The room i got was super tiny. No chair to sit inside and no balcony to sit outside. I stayed in 2 other 5 star in Russia and both had big rooms with a setee to enjoy a cup of tea.

Bed was comfortable and staff was very nice. Price was also ok.

I was demanded to pay in advance by a hotel's employee despite the booking.com's statement that I may pay on arrival.. They didn't even want to discuss it. I had to pay on my way to Moecow, while on the road. I paid a little bit for a room with a city view. You may look at the photo to see what you get. That option makes no sense from my opinion. I just wonder why not call any view from a window "a city view". The breakfast is from relatively good to so-so in assortment and quality. Also, we came 30 miutes before the end time and both times we were missing some basic stuff such as scramble or stewed vegetables. The facilities were in a good condition except the shower stall door that couldn't be closed tightly and so the water got onto the floor in front of the sink and the mirror. You had to always use one towel to address this and you don't get many here.

It's very clean. My girlfriend liked the bed while I think it should have been 20 cm longer. My height is 180 cm. The location is nice, quite close to the city center.

The bathroom door is too close to the toilet, entering the bathroom requires a bit of maneuvering.
