Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

There was a major problems in the rooms we rented,the kitchnette sink was leaking and after repair, no one from housekeeping came to clean it and the water was left to dry on its own. It's surprising to see how can a property deteriorate in such a short time.

Qatar1. The Elevators must be Separately allocated for Lower Floors (1F-15F) and Higher Floors (15F-Roof) to avoid stopping at very floor which is Time Consuming during Peak Season. 2. The Room should have provision for Microwave or Heater to heat the food. The Heater available was not working.

Services and proximity to the main Haram Entrance, the ground floor opens in the main courtyard of Haram. Underground parking available at discounted rate for hotel guests. You have to inform and show your entry barrier ticket at the reception desk while check in.

Saudi ArabiaThe hotel is showing signs of its age; during my stay on the 9th floor of Tower 2, I noticed a pervasive smell. Additionally, the key card technology appears outdated, requiring insertion into the door lock rather than a simple swipe like newer cards.
This hotel boasts an exceptional location, with dedicated lifts conveniently located just outside the Haram. The rooms are spacious and feature comfortable beds, with essential amenities provided such as an iron and hot plate. The washrooms are generously sized, impeccably clean, and offer good water pressure. Guests can enjoy stunning views from the windows, including fountains, birds, and a partial view of the Haram. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of options, some of which are deliciously prepared. Despite booking last minute during a busy Eid period, check-in was smooth, thanks to the efficient reception staff.
