Saudi ArabiaThe Azure restaurant chief responsible fellow was rude . He not available on the first day of stay. On the second day, he was challenging the eligibility of the number of person for having free breakfast at the entrance although I have booked 2 villa of 3 bedrooms and it was clear in the booking confirmation that breakfast is included fir 10 adults and 2 children .He claimed that each villa has breakfast for 2 persons. After verification with the reception, he allowed my family to sit and started to ignore and delay their requests where he served a family came after my family and he denied the availability of straws for juices which is not true because it was requested from another junior staff he brought it. On the third day, I accompanied my family and this fellow make you feel like he is doing a favour when serving you. In contrast , his staff Ali and Shamsan makes all efforts to respond to the various request for breakfast by each of us. Before coming to Movenpick resort I have read two reviews at Booking for people who had complained about getting only 2 free breakfast for 3 bedrooms villa and I expect hotel management to solve such problem after addressed in the reviews.The breakfast is very basic with no variety and it is served by staff per request.
The villa is spacious, furniture is comfortable although a bit old but clean. The staff at Azure restaurant Ali and Shamsan are very friendly and doing great job in serving the breakfast.
