TVs are too old and freez alot Engineering team need more training and why your Samsung tvs dont have thier remotes in vilas i needed to switch to another personal HDMI source Electrical issues happened to me twice in same night (electricity completely cuttoff) Your Sea activity staff And life guards need more friendly approach Kids club was so old and need renovations

the fridges too hot and we ask to fix but they didn’t , Also the two light in master bedroom are not working and we ask to change it but no response everythings else is very good

over priced for a villa which is not directly on the beach the restaurant and room services are not to the standards (services vary from day to day) some of the villas (close to the beach) are not offered in the booking site. call the property for them (over price)

More watersports facilities and activities at the resort. Boating and Jetskiing were overpriced. Kids play area has lot of equipment which needs repair and maintenance. Some of the room furniture needs upgrades (e.g. cupboards and garden chairs)

Breakfast was average and was served cold on the first day. the second day breakfast was much better. The location is EXCELLENT.

Price can be dropped concidering that occupation was extremely low.

I like the friendly crew specially the crew of the restaurant (Ali and the team). They was very welcoming, food was excellent and very well prepared. As well the sea activity crew was very kind.

It needs deeper cleaning. Kitchen required maintenance. Requested kitchen knives, delivered dirty. Hotel staff delivered water holding the bottles in his arms! Kitchen poorly equipped with cutlery and crockery or glasses Lights need to be replaced

The Azure restaurant chief responsible fellow was rude . He not available on the first day of stay. On the second day, he was challenging the eligibility of the number of person for having free breakfast at the entrance although I have booked 2 villa of 3 bedrooms and it was clear in the booking confirmation that breakfast is included fir 10 adults and 2 children .He claimed that each villa has breakfast for 2 persons. After verification with the reception, he allowed my family to sit and started to ignore and delay their requests where he served a family came after my family and he denied the availability of straws for juices which is not true because it was requested from another junior staff he brought it. On the third day, I accompanied my family and this fellow make you feel like he is doing a favour when serving you. In contrast , his staff Ali and Shamsan makes all efforts to respond to the various request for breakfast by each of us. Before coming to Movenpick resort I have read two reviews at Booking for people who had complained about getting only 2 free breakfast for 3 bedrooms villa and I expect hotel management to solve such problem after addressed in the reviews.The breakfast is very basic with no variety and it is served by staff per request.

The villa is spacious, furniture is comfortable although a bit old but clean. The staff at Azure restaurant Ali and Shamsan are very friendly and doing great job in serving the breakfast.

The staff is professional. Starting with manager who come to me and sincerity apologize for something normal showing all respect. And also staff in restaurant Mr. Ali & Mr.Shmsan make a very good helper to stay and enjoy the view there.

- The reception man was not so welcoming and treated me sharply. Got a bad impression about the place. - Would recommend if you provide a barbecue area outdoor.

Everything was below average, it is clearly overpriced with no advantage over regular outside beach apart from having a place to sleep in
