The staff were friendly and let me early check-in, and upgraded my room from Standard to a room with view with the same price. The room was spacious and clean. The view was fantastic. I reserved the room to do an important online meeting and have some privacy, and my choice of Radisson Blu was just right. Highly recommended.

I liked everything about the hotel, the ambiance, cleanliness, staff attitude, internet access, etc. everything was great.

My stay at Radisson Blu Resort Jizan was exceptionally wonderful. I stayed there to take my SCFHS consultant's online examination. From the moment I walked into the reception area, I was warmly welcomed by the staff. I met Mr. Ibrahim Dabbour (the Operations Manager), and he graciously upgraded my room to a superior room with beautiful views of the pool, also inclusive of breakfast. Mr. Ibrahim also ensured that my laptop was connected to their high-speed ethernet line. My sleep was very refreshing, their hospitality put me at ease and in the best frame of mind for my examination. The internet access is top notch and I passed my SCFHS examination with flying colors. I'm grateful to the entire team, and in particular to MR. Ibrahim Dabbour for being a part of my success story. I'll recommend your hotel to my colleagues in a heartbeat. Many thanks, Love always.

The outside area not maintained and not cleaned, the waste bins was full and nobody cleaned. Inside, very welcoming, the room was clean but the furniture was broken, on the corridor many damaged area. The breakfast very bad: the bread was very old and hard, all the cookies was old not fresh I couldn't eat, the toaster machine very old I spent minutes to have few slides of bread. Room service come at 10pm when I was in the bed to sleep and this was happen two days in the row. The fridge from my room was EMPTY, no drinks, no snacks, nothing. I had two bottle of water outside. In the bathroom, missing tooth paste and the razor for shaving (it is a 4 starts hotel). I was in one evening to drink a pepsi and the fridge was not working the coke was hot, I asked ice to be able to drink it. I had the bad luck to have the room near to some families which they did a lot of noise on the corridor parents and the kids in the same time, I was going out to tell them to go inside the room to talk not on the corridor (two nights the same).

the building is very nice, very well placed, it is welcoming need real good management to keep the standards of the 4 starts hotel and the standards of Radisson Blu name
