Lack of unisex baby changing facilities or baby changing facilities in male washrooms.

Exceptional variety of options at breakfast and buffet for dinner plus options of other A La Carte restaurants. Great to have option of pools fronting on to the beach.

It may be more a cultural thing but there was no unisex / separate baby changing facilities and no baby changing facilities in the male washrooms.

The staff were so friendly and attentive. It was very child friendly.

The first quality of food at the breakfast buffet can be better. Need to plan all your dinners booking earlier.

You can find everything at the resort! Very convenient for family and kids. Welcoming team, many surprises prepared by the management for the occasion, it was simply amazing.

Wonderful experience in probably one of the most high end hotel in Seychelles. Junior Suites are amazing, facilities our great and employees our making you feel as if you were the most important human being on earth. Everything will be done to make you feel as comfortable as possible. The resort is huge and you'll find everything (or almost) that you need inside. But for this experience, keep in mind that the stay will be expensive (restaurants in particular) We highly recommend it, in particular for those who want to relax !

1. we where a bit disappointed that we could a range a romantic dinner for the honey moon due to unavailability. 2. It would be great if the bikes in the facility where free of charge or at list just small deposit. 3. the view from the senior suite what pretty nice but it wan better if there was a pull or ocean view. in that perspective junior suite has better view. and more closer to everything.

Amazing experience. From the gate of the hotel when you enter, to the time you leave, it’s all genuine smiles, amazing hospitality. Food is awesome, cocktails too. We got an upgrade because it’s our honeymoon and we didn’t expect at all. The driver Kenny is such a nice guy, Dennis at Cyann, such great person, Emmanuel and the people at the north beach bar.. top top service.

Sometimes we needed to wait long time for Shuttle service. Maybe because the hotel very big .

The staff was amazing , helped on whatever we needed. The hotel is amazing like small village you won’t need to go outside the hotel . Special thanks to Mr. Abdul very helpful and professional .

The hotel room was very spacious and clean. The hotel offers a shuttle that goes around the resort which was very convenient however it’s good to note that the tropical deluxe rooms are a short walk from where you get picked up and dropped off. All other rooms pick up and drop off are right outside. The North beach was stunning and perfect for lazing around not to mention the amazing sunsets. Lots of options at breakfast and activities if you want. I was upgraded to a Junior deluxe room on my last day which had a lovely balcony, bath and shower. I recommend the hike to the waterfall although it is not easy. The staff were very kind and helpful.

That the snacks at the fridge was not included. Also the guy personell at the spa should not barge in to the women’s dressing room without knocking. My wife got disturbed by that. Luckily she had clothes on, or else we would have said right away, but next time might not be so lucky for someone else.

The beach is nice, but the sundbeds are a bit too crowded. Be careful to book the a la cart restaurants in advance. When we arrived there was nothing available, however we ate at a middle eastern buffet which we enjoyed very much.

Very clean room and premises, good breakfast, nice decor and gorgeous tropical vegeation all around the resort. It's like a huge park where you can enjoy a very pleasent early morning jogging. Soukaina from guest relations is very nice, we got a late check out which was very convinient for us as we had a late flight. We were also very impressed with the welcome drink, I'd love to know the recipie:) Spa is excellent, don't miss the cool pool!

The only problem during our stay was the mosquitoes, which are literally everywhere. Hotel management makes systematic efforts to control their population.

Some fellow travellers lack manners, and as it's a tropical island, there are a lot of mosquitoes.

A small thing only: We didn't realise Ephelia is so popular with families. We are parents & understand the dynamics of little children, but were traveling without & would have appreciated an adults only restaurant option - especially for dinner - similar to the "quiet pool" area.

Wonderful hotel to stay in. We don't usually holiday in resort environments, but Ephelia was exceptional. The food was incredible. Regarding conscious eating: vegetarian / vegan / pescatarian - there's an Asian section with fantastic vegetarian / vegan options, and delicious fish every day in a million ways. We don't know how Ephelia does it: ALL the staff were totally sensational - every single person, without exception, from top to bottom, beginning to end. The property is huge, but there are golf carts which pick up and drop off. Even when it's fully booked, as it was, it doesn't feel crowded. There are 2 phenomenal beaches and 4 brilliant pools, one of which is a "quiet pool", which we liked. The beach is not crowded, and kept very clean. Excellent and beautiful gardens all around. The yoga offering every day was wonderful, the Spa environment is super.

you fell you are in best hotel resort. beautiful tropical scene and clean beach (there are two beaches - one is calm just for relax and walking around, the other is for activities like swimming snorkeling and others. staff are so kind and helpful. swimming pool is so great with palm view. kids club is amazing.

We enjoyed our stay here from the very first moment. Everything was excellent starting with the welcoming service. We have half-board and both were incredibly tasty and with huge variety. The room was exquisite. Very spacious and with amazing view.
