Tight space, but worked for us. Good security and safe rooms. The place seemed clean and pretty comfortable. The breakfast was a great spread and a very polite fellow running the show. Excellent location to main sights at an affordable price.

- loud noises could be heard, especially from the rooms next door - no closet (at least in the room that I stayed)

- location (5-6 min from the metro station and a 10 min ride to the city center) - a big shopping mall is right next to the hotel - spacious room & bathroom - very friendly staff

Few things to take in consideration - The place is very close to the train station Globen and it is only 3 stops to centre - Don’t follow Google Maps going along the street but go through the Avicii arena. There us a big shopping mall with shops and a supermarket. - The sleeping boxes are positioned in the back of the restaurant Boston Grill (behind a curtain). - There is no kitchen or common area - The breakfast is good and with many options (also vegan. Ask the staff of the restaurant. Very kind) - We found everything clean - I would recommend checking the keys because we had some issues with keys opening more boxes - Bring some earplugs because the sleeping boxes are next to a bowling - There is no reception - The hotel is upstairs

Staff was not very welcoming, and it turned out to be a bit challenging to find the entrance to the restaurant where the reception was. Breakfast was ok, nothing special (bread and yogurt). There was not any mention that some rooms (ours included) have windows facing the inside of the arena and not outside. This would have been nice to know beforehand.

We participated in a concert near Globen, so the location was perfect. Clean and big room, and all in all good value for money.

Very small for two people but was ok for one day. Very noisy even during night (you can basically hear everything happening around you) Breakfast was ok - limited options for the price

Being a pod hotel, it wasn’t very spacious. The check in process was a bit odd. I had to go to a nearby restaurant and meet staff there. Despite confirming check in was at 12, I had a knock on the door at 11:30 while I was still packing so I felt a little bit rushed there. Not a big problem really but I’d have preferred to have not been disturbed.

The hotel had a convenient location for arena events and the concert I attended at the Slaughterhouse club. The room/pod was clean and perfectly adequate.

There was no reception during the night and no window. Also tram or tube is needed for 4-5 stops to go the old (and most beautiful) part of the city.

Clean, comfortable bed, small breakfast was included and staff was really nice. Also very quiet room as requested. Supermarket opposite the hotel.

Cleaning stuff. At the day of check out stuff came to my room at 11.00 (check out at 12). I told that I’m not ready and all of this 5 persons were just sitting near my door till 12.00 😕

The location was extremely close to the venue we visited, not far from the tram system - which was remarkably clean and felt safe! Additional restaurants would have been nice if they were closer, but the food was good.

I asked before if I can check-in earlier on Saturday and I can pay extra for that. The customer service answered I need to reserve Friday night also, so I did that. I tried several times to make clear that I'm arriving early Saturday morning, and asked how do I get in. Finally I got a clear answer. They use a mobile app to get in to the hotel and room. It worked two doors but the room door didn't work. I called a customer service, first nobody didn't answer. Then I got a number code to get the keys from the safetybox inside. I don't get it why not use the much easier number code insted of complicated not working mobile app, especially when there are no reception before 13.00. I see from the reviews that I wasn't the only one having problems with the app. The room was quite noisy both in the daytime and nighttime.

The room (and bathroom) was nice and clean. Breakfast was basic but good, the bread was still warm in the morning. The location is good if you plan to do something at Globen area. Metro station is near.

Opening the Doors with my mobile phone dig not work and there was no window in the room.

I like the carpets and the bed. Staff was very helpful.
