We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

NetherlandsA bit of a hassle storing the bike, getting it into a lift. But otherwise small nuisance, given that the bike could be stored.
Great location nearby the centre of Landskrona. To be recommended for a night when passing through Sweden. Relatively large room compared to other offerings in the neighborhood. Bathroom/washing facilities seem not to be recently updated but hygienic but given price/quality in line what could be expected. Friendly staff and good breakfast.

United KingdomVery very dated, felt like you time travelled back to early 80's, could be cleaned a little bit better, like the corridors were a tad grim and smelled of sweaty man, maybe that's from back the day when this building used to be a bachelor hotel LOL. this might not be the hotels fault, but the rooms were like a sauna, it was torture, but it was very very hot and clammy summer days. I would have killed for A/C, but that's wasted money in Sweden as they don't have that many hot days
Staff were superb, breakfast was very good, loved it and the bed was really comfy. The WIFI also worked well

NetherlandsThere's no airconditioning (which is not to be expected in this price range) but the room windows can only be opened a small part, which on a warm day may not be enough to cool down the room sufficiently.
In general, hotels in Scandinavia are not the cheapest compared to the rest of Europe, but this hotel brings good value for money. From 20:00 hrs the reception is closed but via telephone you receive a code for the front door and all is arranged. Breakfast is simple but OK. They have an arrangement with 3 local restaurants downtown (approx 10. min walking from hotel) where you receive 10% discount when showing hotel room key. Free parking near the hotel in reserved spaces.

SwedenShabby chic is the best way to put. Needs a coat of paint and some updated furniture in the lobby. VERY slow elevator. The switch on the bedside lamp was broken. When I asked the lady in reception = owner? said ”just plug it in the socket and it’ll work!”

TurkeyThe hotel is not clean at all. I had two spiders inside my bed. Also my friends’ rooms were dirty and had spider webs. I gave a feedback to the receptionist, she said she will check who was the cleaner that day but it doesnt seem like a one person issue. The hotel is dirty in general. It is very old, the carpets, furnitures, faucets etc. And it is not cozy old, it gives negatively old vibes. The breakfast is okay, it doesnt make you happy but still okay. They didnt even have butter though, they served margarine.
The location is good. Walking distance to the main square.

GermanyThe accomodation was outdated and dirty. The Family room we were supposed to stay was dirty: hair in the shower, the fridge was very disgusting and IT smelled bad. The Sofabed was very old. The pull-out part did not have a mattresse in top. My son hit his head very hard on the bed. The linen was clean but the bedding inside was very dirty. We ended up sleeping with 4 people in a Double bed. We left in the morning. We got a refund for the nights we did not stay but given the very bad accomodation I was expecting a full refund also for the night we stayed. But our last message was ignored.

SwedenThe property wasn’t clean and smelled very bad. Our bathroom in the room did not have soap. The toilet in the lobby did not have paper, only one towel used by everyone using the lobby. The hygiene was awful. Breakfast was included, however, it was as bad as it could be. One of the eggs i was about to eat was rotten. Pictures attached. It was not worth the cost…
