The self check-in was very efficient and easy and the room was spotless and absolutely silent. I wasn't aware of anyone else in the hotel at all. Again, I checked out by giving my key to very friendly staff and then left to walk into town very easily down one road.

There's no breakfast buffet, our room was at -1 so not a great view from the window but it didn't reallly matter since we only stayed the night. Very few electrical outlets at weird locations.

Easy check in, perfect if you arrive late, like we did. The small kitchen area helps a lot if you arrive hungry. Also the rooms were cozy, beds were comfy. The communication is great with the staff, they responded quickly, helped out with everything, even did a pre check in for us.

I booked a bigger room for me and my teenage son. We got a rather big room with a double bed and a sofa bed. The sofa bed was a bit mess the first night. After Iinformed the staff they fixed it immediately. We had a nice stay in Lund in Finn apartments, and the room was spacious.

Unfortunately parking facilities were not good. It was a mix of road work and a very busy tima due to a handball cup. I managed to find parking within 5 minutes walking distance.

Cheap and erverything worked fine. Rooms were clean and even though there was a road work near by it wasnt noisy. Good value for money. I can recommend especially if you don't need breakfast.

Initial communication wasn’t the best because they don’t answer the phones after 7pm and that was the time I booked as an emergency place to stay the night and the confirmation email from Booking.com said “checkin till 7pm”. It was a bit of a panic initially for me but a few minutes later I got a text saying there was a way to self check in. That wasn’t initially written on the booking confirmation.

Well, the construction site was really loud and anoying, but I can't blame the Hotel for that. Especially, since the problem was communicated clearly in all emails. Apart from that, the radiator was kind of noisy, and the TV had almost no programs. But those were minor problems, I really enjoyed the stay.

I was really amazed, how every process from check-in to check-out was fully automated. It was really satisfying to be that independent from anyone, since you could do everything yourself - maybe it's common in Sweden, but it is unimaginable in Germany! That way, you immediately felt at home. Also, I liked the Gym :)

The hotel is a good walk away from city center. However, Lund public transport is excellent, so no big problem. Unfortunately the fitness room has exercise bike with wide saddle instead of proper spinning bike. Spinning bikes are cheaper and better for workout. Also this is no major criticism, as I have not yet found a hotel in Lund with spinning bike. When I do, that will be the hotel I stay at every time.

New clean and stylish no frills hotel. Room spacious, clean, nothing needed to improve. After hours check-in was superbly prepared. Free coffee in the foyer, friendly staff during staffed hours. There is a fitness room.

Only small things, like kitchen not having a toaster or kettle. Also note that there was some minor renovations outside so there is a bit of noise during working hours, but all very manageable.

Had everything you needed, lovely comfortable bed and a great bathroom. Easiest check in too, all on computers. Location was decent too, maximum 10 minute ride from central and less to get to the main town.

My room was in the basement with the view to the inner yard, so basically there was not too much of a daylight. There was no decent table and wardrobe in the room, only two hangers on the wall, which is a bit of an issue when you are traveling for work purposes. Basically, the room was of a very minimalist Nordic style - bed, chair, rubbish bin, towels and shower. :) During my stay we got a fire alarm, which would be perfectly fine, but some other people mentioned that it's not the first one during their stay.

The hotel is based in a very convenient location - not too far from the city centre and university. Compared with other accommodation possibilities, the price is rather low. The room was clean and warm.

Nice staff, you can easily have deliveries in the room (to pick up downstairs), the place has good temperature. You can order a typical breakfast on demand, and you have it within your fridge. The coffee machine works with Dolce Gusto cups.

This hotel is in a great location. A 15 minute walk into the town centre for gorgeous buildings, a great market hall with plenty of ready made and fresh foods, a weekly food and flower market and plenty of great shopping and dining in and around the centre of town. It can be a little noisy being on the main street and there are construction works next door but the sound proof windows kept out any noise. The room was well equipped although strangely, nothing to wash dishes with despite detergent being provided. The room was well furnished and looked as advertised on the internet. Staff were also helpful and efficient. A water leak from a newly fitted appliance was also attended to promptly.

The apartment had a funny smell like someone was smoking in it and windows can be opened just a tiny bit so that didn’t really help. The shower head didn’t fit into the holder, not a huge issue, but might be for some.

Self check in was perfect! Love the location, very clean and nice staff- I only met one during check out and he was super friendly and helpful.
