Last time we had a room with a window to the road which was very loud in the morning. Now our room had windows to the bus station, but the road was loud anyways.

The location is great: at the waterfront, near the train and bus station and only a short walk from the city. Everything is very clean and the staff very friendly and helpful.

We had a room towards the street and in the morning the road was too noisy to keep the windows open. But after closing the windows it was OK.

The toilets located downstairs were not cleaned. And there were too few kitchen utensils in the shared kitchen. Apparently, the restaurant's warehouse was also located near the bedrooms? The sound emanating from the arrangement of bottles and glasses could be heard very clearly in the room, close to ten o'clock in the evening. So, the sound insulation in the rooms was not very good, so you should bring earplugs.

The sheets had been washed with perfumed detergent. Not a nice thing for persons with intolerance to fragrances and chemicals like me.

Seemed to be only one communal shower upstairs? Not busy when I visited in March, maybe other rooms have their own showers? Bed was a little soft for me.

Great location on the waterfront. 5 mins walk from railway and bus stations. Wonderful view across the harbour. Kitchen with usual facilities. Italian restaurant on premises for lunch or dinner. Övik is a nice town and a good base from which to explore the area. Would stay again.

It is located close to the center of the city, yet gave a feeling of a place outside of the city, which is amazing. And the view of the city from the guest house was breathtaking. Priset was on budget, nice staff.

It’s gorgeously situated with a great view of the High coast bridge. The restaurant was fabulous with lovely staff. The food was excellent.

The kitchen was a bit messy due to other guests usage and some kitchen tools could be more clean.

Great location near the bus/train station, hiking trail. Super clean even if the toilet and shower are shared. Big room. The staff was very nice and helpful. Lovely view in front of the harbour. Very well isolated windows. Simple but comfortable beds.

Unfortunately no sink in room. Always cueing in front of toilets and showers; not ideal.

Kitchen well equipped. View of room fantastic. The place is cude and has a lot of character. It felt good to be in this special place and not in one of those big hotels.

1. Best location: It takes less than 50 meters from the train & bus station. 2. Best staff: Every staff was incredibly friendly and cheerful as well as helpful. 3. Best service: They allowed me leave my stuff there while I am walking on Hoga Kustenleden. The laundry time is for 3 hours which is great!!!
