Restaurant with pizza is open only on weekends. When it is sunny and hot, the rooms on top get extremely warm, so you need to have fan on all the time. And curtains are not fully blackout, which would be beneficial during summer.

It is a very cozy place with nice small houses. Everything feels like you are in the right place. Good parking places. Very close to city center. Breakfast was good with freshly baked bread. I enjoyed my stay.

We've heard some noise from the street at night, but it's quite normal considering this is citty center.

Brilliant place. Everything from how's it's decorated to the breakfast was top quality. Fully equipped kitchen with quality tea and coffee available. Even the soap and shampoos available in bathroom were top. Spotlessly clean. And this place is truly dog-friendly! Excellent value for money ratio. I travel Sweden from North to South quite often and this place is a real gem. 11/10

Charming old cottages with exposed beams. Close to a main road, but still very calm. Homemade bread at breakfast that was still warm, lovely!

I wish we had time to take advantage of the pizza restaurant downstairs.

The breakfast was tasty as they bake their own bread and very generous. The warm rain shower was a nice surprise. the washroom has great quality local products. The hotel is cozy and the vibe is really nice, great place to stop over for a night if passing through the area

The place is lovely, the only thing is, we got confused to find where we would stay, but we got some information in the restaurant and you receive a message from the property with some instructions about your stay. The restaurant has the best pizza ever. Really tasty! Really recommend this place to stay.

Could have been A little bit more to choose from regarding meat and cheese toppings (for the children) And maybe a curtain in the bathroom on the second floor in «Calle Konferensen»? Was a little bit exposed there at some point.. 🤗

An extraordinary charming place in the middle of Piteå. A perfect blend of old, new, colours, plants, flowers, relaxed atmosphere, very good food and friendly staff 🤗 Very good beds and very clean. And the boutiqe with all the handcrafted things.. Oh my!! Very good breakfast - Rustic. The whole place feels like a warm hug! 🤗

We were able to wash our clothes which was very important to us :) . All the installations (several houses with different usages, boutique, dinning room etc) were so cute, Agnes the host was super friendly, chill and accommodating.

We didnt have any towels and had to get all the infos via phone (roamingcosts). One room had no light so we switched one bulb.

This is a gem along the coast of Bothnia. It is almost so good that you want to keep it a secret. We found it last year and decided to come back this year. And we will be back.

We are quite long, and we hit our heads on the wooden stalks a bit too often :( We had to toddler-proof the room because most of the decorations were glass and could be broken easily. We ended up placing the decorations outside the room which worked.

Lovely apartment type room! Loved the community setting as well. Beds were actually sturdy and nice to sleep on :)
