The mattress, 10 cms think, ridiculous and low quality. I could have never expected this in such a well know hotel. Parking is super expensive but I guess that’s Sweden standards.

The locations and the staff is amazing. The size of the rooms are very good as well.

There is a dj on a Friday night so the bar turns in to a club. Music does go down after 10pm, but if staying on a Friday and if you don’t want to join the bar fun, make sure you have a city view room

My room was facing the inside "courtyard", it was a bit weird to have no fresh air entry. Just be aware that it's a possibility.

The room was quite warm. The temperature gage in the room didn't seem to react very well. Apart from this, everything was fine

Breakfast could have more variaty , we stayed for 3 nights, so every morning 5-6 warm items that are the same everyday.

Room was nice, not too warm and not too cold, Location is great if you need central station by your side. Reception perfect. Cleaning everyday what was nice.

The bed was much more soft that i usually prefer but that's a personal preference. The room temperature was locked on 23 and could not be lowered or increase, for my case it was a bit warm for me.

The asian receptionist name Melinda, we check-in and we feel that we are not welcome. She’s not even smiling and not accommodating, we feel discriminated because we are also Asian. We did this short trip because i just had miscarriage and it is not nice that we feel that way. So work hard more in training your staff to be more accommodating and welcoming.

I like the design of rooms, spacious and very comfortable bed.

Lovely hotel, great staff, very spacious and comfortable room, breakfast was exceptional, nice bar too. Located well for arriving and departing by train which we did and well positioned for tram stops and walking round the city.

I was somewhat surprised to find out that apparently Radisson Gottenburg hosts the city’s after work Friday bar for a large amount of people, and with very loud music. However, the music stopped exactly at 10 as they said it would, and besides the music this didn’t interfere with our stay at all. I think this other thing is more a general Radisson thing, but I could do with less emails and notifications up until my stay. For me +5 emails feel a tiny bit like spam.

The staff was very friendly and helped answer any question or inquiry we might have. The spa is very nice and I would very much like to visit that again.

I had to catch an early flight on a Saturday but because the atrium acted like a bass drum due to its design, the Friday night music was distracting, but it stopped at 10 PM. Sometimes the rubbish in my room was missed by staff but the bed was made and toiletries replaced spotlessly.

Centrally located and close to the train station. Great selection for breakfast, and great facilities. The hotel rooms are housed around a central atrium so the design is unique. Taxis are always outside and ready in case of bad weather.

1) stuff did not even try to help for my i ternet connection problem. They should at least try. 2) I got so many e-mails (5 or 6 at least) from the hotel days before the check in. E mails dircrt to my email account and 4 messages via booking app. I had to give all of my informations including pass nr.., bed type ect. for online check in. It really took time. Then we arrive and we have to give all these information again, people at reception have to type everything in the system again as if I have not done it already. So it took my time and aparently it was not even helpful for the staff, they had to do it again.
