The property was not clean on a professional standard. When I arrived there was no hand soap in the dispenser. Further to that, there where sticky stains on the nightstands from glasses/bottles from the previous occupants. Although I have informed the reception about that, they only cleaned one of the two nightstands leaving the other one with stains. The room although it was meant to have a window, apparently a „window“ that cannot open and overlooks an interior space is considered as a windows in this hotel. Fresh air was only forced through the ventilation system and therefore the atmosphere was not pleasant and way too dry (it was not possible to properly ventilate the room, which is an issue especially if you have respiratory conditions). The breakfast area is rather small for the number of rooms of the hotel and therefore during early hours (~07:30) it was difficult finding an empty table. In general, it was a below average stay.

The property is located in a very central area near the underground. The rooms are nicely decorated and cozy.

Curtains could have blocked a little more light given the sun rose at 4am and the bed faced the window. Wish it had a mini fridge so I could have kept cool water in the room. Power outlet next to the bed was broken and couldn't be used, which was annoying for charging my phone, but there was multiple power outlets in the room.

I booked here last minute, the day before checking in, due to having unsuitable accommodation elsewhere. The room was small, but not cramped and the bed was comfortable. The curtains were pretty good for blocking out the light, given how early the sun rises during summer, however you will still have some light coming in and the bed faced the window in my room. The breakfast at the hotel was very good, with a decent range of options. Staff were friendly and the location is quite central to the newer CBD area of Stockholm and around 15-20 mins by public transport to the Old Town. It's close to a station and a large square with shopping, restaurants etc. Easy to walk to the station to get the train back to the airport too. Overall I recommend this hotel for solo travelers for a few nights, wish I had booked this in the first place for my whole time in Stockholm!

The corridors were narrow, and the lift was opposite to my room, which was inconvenient most of the time.

The room is small and there is no wardrobe inside so the clothes shall stay in the suitcase. If one is planning a longer stay this inconvenience shall be considered. Noone changed the towels for three days and also noone took the trush so we had to throw it ourselves. Also the bed linen were not changed during our whole stay.

Great location, very close to the main commercial street but still on a quiet place and also very close to the Central station. The staff was polite, the breakfast was perfect with variety of delicious food, served in a pleasant space with glass roof. The beds were very comfortable.

Parking is in the public parking lot. The hotel offers discounted parking. The receptionist does not explain the procedure to get the discount, so you are paying the full parking fee anyway. Different opening hours for breakfast stated in the room information and in reality.

This was our 2nd stay and the breakfast got worse. Seems Nobody controlled the Buffet. There was a Long Hair in the sausages and the strawberries also. And after I found birdsshit in my salad I could Not complain any more. I was disgusted and Had to leave.

The hotel is right in the centre of Copenhagen, easy to reach by walking from the Central Station. Staff is welcoming and helpful. While travelling in Denmark and Sweden I stayed in four hotels. The Scandic Klara was my favourite one. The room was small but with enough space for everything. Someone must have thought a lot about the small details in the room. Everything one needs while travelling is there. There's even an ironing board. I enjoyed the breakfast. It was a pleasure to be able to sit at a clean table which I always appreciate. I'll be back some day.

My room was downstairs from reception so it lined up with the road and the sidewalk. Traveling alone that made me uncomfortable.

Hallway looks dated...

Location is close to everything. Metro, Bus Station, Restaurants, Shops and Tourist Spots. I even walked from the hotel to the royal palace and old downtown.... A/C works well which is very important when you travel during summer. Breakfast was also nice with lots of options... everything you need is in your room...

It was all good.

The hotel is located in the city and we walked from and back to the central rail station in Stockholm, from where we caught an express train to the airport. Room was comfortable and clean. Plenty of shops within a short walk. Area felt safe. Breakfast was included, but we had to leave early, so they put out a basic breakfast for us.
