It was quite worn down. I know it is supposed to be old fashioned, kind of what we ordered. But some cabinet doors were loose, carpets was in a terrible shape, it smelled both old and very much of sewage and overall a bit shabby for the price. Tiny bathroom for 6-8 people.

The location was great, right in the old town. Short way to subway and restaurants. Nice breakfast. Extremely large suite, several sitting areas.

Shower surrounding area got very wet. No washing detergent provided for the washing machine… but I guess just bring your own? Not a big deal but would have been a nice addition.

Can’t beat the location, right in the heart of Old Town. Beautiful hotel with great staff, very helpful.

There was a strange smell on the lower level. We opened the windows and that helped. The bedrooms are located on the second level so it was not an issue when we were sleeping.

Very spacious and well decorated apartment with ample room for our family. Great location in Gamla Stan minutes from the metro.

Apartment was in need of some maintenance, areas required repainting as stains could been seen on the walls. Some of the shelves were loose and had previously been damaged, couple of lights didn't work too. While the kitchen had some modern appliances and a new worktop the cupboards looked worn and dated. Bathroom and downstairs WC were a bit small.

Large space in a great location. Close to the metro and in the old town. Located at the top of the victory hotel. It's a really interesting and unique hotel. Hotel theme is carried on in the apartment. We also found the rooms very quiet.

If you like everything to be modern, it’s not for you. We loved the authentic style. Nothing not to like for us!

We had the smaller apartment, so not exactly like in the pictures. Felt like home in a different country due to the home like set-up with lots of typical Swedish old school elegant decoration. Super cosy bed, amazing location right in the middle of the old town but still quiet, loved the breakfast and especially the great fresh juices. Would definitely stay there again!

Bit of an odd place inside with all the old furniture & the bathroom had a bit of a bad drain smell.

Beds were comfortable & kitchen was well equipped. Location was brilliant right next to ‘Stortorget’ in the old town.

The first morning the cleaning lady entered our apartment unannounced even we were taking our showers. Could not connect my iPad to the TV to play some movies.

The apartment was arranged very well. The kitchen was well stocked. It was quiet. We loved the sitting area. The front desk people were super friendly and helpful. The location was excellent. It was close to the subway and within walking distance to markets and restaurants. Way better than we expected.

there was no cleaning or refresh of towels etc and we were there for 8 days - we asked 4 times for the rubbish to be removed and clean towels etc to be provided before it happened. it felt like although we were part of the hotel, the staff didn’t regard us as so - but everyone was lovely and that was the only minor negative

The apartment can be a little bit noisy when the streets are busy. The furnishings of the apartment were worn and are a bit past their use by date. The lounge chairs have worn leather upholstery. The Kitchen was very basic. There wasn't any basic things such as salt and pepper, washing detergent for the washing machine (no instructions for the washing machine, so had to google the model myself). There wasn't even a frying pan! The BOOKING.COM ad advised streaming services such as NETFLIX on the TVs but it was not available. We had to cast from our phones but that did not work.

The location in Gamla Stan is fantastic and the buffet breakfast at the Victory Hotel which was included in our rate was very good. Upon arrival the fridge was not working, but staff organised repair the next day and left a bottle of wine as an apology.

The worst was the horrible, fishy smelliness of the apartment, probably coming up from the restaurant below. Disgusting.

Nothing - it was all great.

After a month of living out of a suitcase and hotel rooms it was nice to treat ourselves to an apartment and enjoy a bit more space. It had everything we needed (washing machine, coffee percolator, dishwasher and more). Located just on the edge of the main tourist area it was quiet at night. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful.

Not clean, no lift to the apartment, strong cooking oil smell from the restaurant made it uncomfortable to walk up to the apartment, no help or assistance with our bags considering the location of the flat and that there is no lift that goes all the way up. Could not contact reception from flat (no room phone). No help when asked for a functioning iron.
