Beautiful pool area felt like an oasis, interesting lobby & restaurant area made it feel we were at at airport. Incredibly convenient so close to the terminal.

We didn’t like that the corridors are outside. When wearing your backpack and hauling your suitcase, you get sweaty fast 😅

Very comfortable room and incredibly accommodating staff! The breakfast buffet is amazing, especially the waffles.

The room cost was very expensive, but then this is Singapore!

We wanted an airport hotel because our flight arrived after midnight. It was very convenient and easy to get a train to the city centre. The rooms were large and well appointed.

The hotel is very convenient for a one night stop over in Singapore. It was good to be able to walk the 'The Jewel' and see the waterfall and eat dinner and breakfast there. The room was clean and spacious. We used the pool to do a few lengths and it was convenient and pleasant to use,

Apparently there was another booking 40550424 for 4/3 which is clearly a mistake as i checked in 3/31-4/1 and have been traveling since to USA. please cancel asap. Also didn’t know about the beach but will take that into consideration next time I come through SIN.

Check in was nice and quick to a comfortable room for a short stay between flights. Easy walk via bridge to Jewel for food, shopping & entertainment. Check out was easy by dropping the key in the box as recommended however I am still awaiting the final email billing. Thank you Lovett

Comfort level could be improved. Glass wall that seperate bathroom and rest of the room not the greatest when travelling as family.

Having to go through immigration at the airport to access the hotel, electronic form filling was very tedious. Booking dot com suggesting to book a taxi to get there!

Room was well set up and ideal for an overnight stop between flights. Suprisingly quiet with its runway views. Really good breakfast. Excellent location within airport at end of a terminal building easily acessible by foot.

best location for a stop over or even a few days in Singapore hotel is amazing and located right at the terminal with access to all the rail network and food abundance in all locations so easy when you have an early flight as walk out and you are there ready to go rooms are amazing cant fault this place

The bathroom/toilet area was not closed in - you could see a person using/sitting on the toilet from the lounge area.

Check in and check out was seamless. Upon our arrival we were notified that we had been upgraded to a better room (at no extra cost). This was really great to hear - especially after our 15 hrs plus plane flights getting there.

Really it's an excellent location for a layover and our flight was from terminal 3 the next day so it was perfect, made it very easy.

All was very good, though the price point for the hotel seemed quite high, given the added tax (though bear in mind that most 4 / 5 * hotels in Singapore seem to cost more than most other cities we’ve visited in SE Asia).

Given a free room upgrade upon arrival following a very smooth check-in process; the room was spacious and comfortable; complimentary WiFi worked very well; the staff were friendly, helpful and professional; the hotel is ideally located at the airport (at T3, Changi), and was an ideal location for our short (overnight) stay between flights.

The queen size bed is really comfortable as compared to other hotel locally..will come back for staycation again soon!!
