except carpet in the room :( it is dirty and I believe that hotels must not use carpet in hotel rooms to ensure hygiene.

Most Staff are too robotic, a simple hello, good morning or excuse me was somerhing i did not hear from them at all. Even at checkin it was like talking to a robot, pretty curt. Probably need to relax abit and understand what good hospitality should be like. Maybe send them to a resort in Fiji to observe

The main restaurant in the hotel does not serve alcoholic beverages (not even beer or wine) with meals.

Great location, adjacent to a metro station and an easy walk to Chinatown. Atrium Bar was very good, although more waiters would have been nice.

There was nothing in particular that we didn't like except maybe the timings for the breakfast could have been for a little longer because after doing sightseeing it's a little rushed to get up and have breakfast by 9.30.

The connectivity. Everything related to sightseeing and shopping was close by.

Our expensive room included the Club Lounge access which had great cold & hot food options and alcoholic and non alcoholic drink options.

Decent sized rooms. We had to choose a more expensive room as all the cheaper ones were booked as Taylor Swift was in town and accommodation was scarce or super exy.

I paid for the executive lounge not realizing the food and a selection of alcohol was only available between 6pm and 8pm. So the first two nights I missed out. Outside this time there was tea and coffee and biscuits.

Good location and facilities were great. MRT station was next door and the river was over the road. Breakfast included a wide selection of international foods. I like the roof top swimming pool which was usually really quiet.

The restaurant was very poor - we made a reservation but there was no record of it when we arrived. We were made to feel as though this was somehow our fault and the service was then very poor too. I wouldn’t recommend it.

The a la carte meals at the restaurant were mediocre and not really worth the money and the service was mixed. The bartender didn't get our order right, but then didn't want to change things blaming us for the mistake instead, and these were cheap non alcoholic drinks. Not good enough for a 4star hotel.

The hotel itself was good value for money. It was a very spacious room and our son had his own bed staying for free. It all looked very clean. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. We loved the swimming pool and the hotel was very close to the centre and main attractions. We would certainly consider coming again, but might use local restaurants next time.
