The second night, some very loud people arrived and they were acting at the corridor in the middle of the night. I am not sure what the staff can do, but clarifying some good night-time noise policy would be good. The aircon was too loud.

It was a good stay, good value for money, good location. Ideal for a short stay, very close to Little India and Arabic street and a good connection to the airport and other parts of Singapore. The breakfast was also good.

Room isn't the largest ever but it did the job for a short stay. View from the window was nothing to write home about. No safe. Breakfast room was quite crowded; the food was ok though and nice staff again.

Easy short walk to the Metro and then very quick to get to MBS etc. Very decent pool. Good shower. Excellent staff. Clean room. Felt like excellent value and I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

I didn't select breakfast option when I booked and was glad I didn't. Went and viewed was very basis, I would have expected a greater selection for the money asked. Will suit some, just not me.

Swimming pool Location to shops and market & public transport to city centre. Plenty cheap eats close by & 7elevens for any snacks etc. Room is very small compared to other places we have stayed, but if only for a few nights everything else makes up for it. Would stay again but 3 nights Max.

The restaurant was not big enough for the amount of people at breakfast very congested and queuing guests that's the biggest complaint I have.

Breakfast was ok but nothing special, no good coffee or tea - you had to pay extra if you wanted that. The location of the hotel is close to little India Station, so at times it didn't felt we were in Singapore at all.

The location was perfect, very central and close to the metro line.

The shower or bathroom is too small. A shower curtain is not hygienic since it touches your body due to the size.

The reception staff were very accommodating of our requests for both an early check-in and late check-out, which was much appreciated. Whilst the room was small and had limited space for 2 large suitcases, the bed was comfortable and provided us with the rest we needed. The breakfast had limited European style food but was adequate. The hotel is situated within a short walking distance of local markets and eateries, which are a must visit whilst there.

My towel was dirty so I had to ask them to change it (something brown in it). Shower space was so small I hit my head and it’s a curtain instead of shower box which is a bit gross. Breakfast was really bad, bad quality and taste.

Beds were clean and comfortable. Location pretty good.

Room was small and dark, WC and showers were tiny. For the same price staying just a few blocks down at a different place gave us so much more space and facilities, as well as cleanliness

there isn't a proper separator in the shower and when you use the shower, the whole toilet gets wet

Room was very small although I appreciate that Ibis is a more budget style hotel. Mattress very hard - not my personal preference. OK for the one night.

Hotel very close to the metro and only 3 stops to Marina Bay and a couple more to Chinatown. Breakfast was included which was a a bonus but the hot food was cold and unpleasant.

It had a mouldy smell, also the bathroom needs better aeration (you could see mold building up on the ceiling). Breakfast was ok but there could be better options if you don't like asian food

No bell boy In hotel. You have to take your luggage by yourself. Kind of far from centre. Some 15min walk or more Even though I was upgraded to superior room it was still very small.

The internet was bad, and the air conditioning smelled bad when you turned it on (it smelled like mold).

The staff was really nice and helpful. The room was cozy and the breakfast was quite good.

The first room we were in had molds on the ceiling but when we reported it the next morning, the staff was very helpful and they changed our room immediately. The new room was okay and available right away.

The staff was helpful and friendly. It was also near the MTR.

The pricing has gone up a lot since my last visit. Breakfast basic.

Stayed here before. Rooms and staff always friendly. The location good if catching the MRT from airport 200 metre walk from Rochor station. Bugis markets 5 minute walk away
