Choice for breakfast exceptional. Your hotel is approaching 30 years old and compared to the hotels in the city it could benefit from a rebrand.

My wife like the view. The beaches are.well kept. The room bed are comfortable. The staff all are friendly and helpful.

Checked in early at 1pm. Was supposed to get a call when room ready. Came back to Joye after lunch at 3:30pm, had to flag staff down for keys. Long snaking queues otherwise at check in.

The hotel was dated, the hair dryer was very old, my room had a door to the next room and I could hear my Neighbor!

I really like the activities for kids, it is a family oriented hotel. The staff was over the top!

Not much, but food for lunch and dinner seemed rather expensive. Very uncomfortable pillows; far too soft.

Big room with nice view and balcony. Quiet. Excellent breakfast in (adults only) business lounge.

Facilities were dated and tired. Our bathroom had an embedded smell of urine despite the staff doing extra cleans. Restaurant food was good but very over priced. The price of the room was high for what you got, but this seems to be Singapore generally. The rooms were smaller than I expected.

Location, breakfast buffet was great, lots of things for kids. The beach was a bonus and the resort is close to major attractions

The first baby bed we got had mold on it. And there were some stains on our pillows. Also on the last day of our stay there were loud renovations on our floor and we weren't notified about this at all

Service was fast and efficient. The views were nice and hotel had good pools and nice beach.

check in and check out. It takes hours (old soft- and hardware?) and the staff at the reception isn't very attentive. They keep you waiting instead of just calling backup

Need to start the pool a bit earlier. The swimming pool starts at 8 am which is very late considering it gets really hot in Singapore weather.

Convenient Laundromat, breakfast area well organized. A few more vegetarian options would have been great. Good drinking water facility in the room and outside the room.

Both me and my wife got sick from something we ate or drunk at the pizza place by the beach the 2nd night (we didn't eat or drink anywhere else), which kept me in bed for the following 1.5 days. Suspecting the ice cubes and it can happen anywhere. At least we were allowed a late check out.

Wonderful place for families in Singapore, a tropical "paradise", very welcoming and helpful staff, cleaning service daily, kids playgrounds and activities, lots of options for breakfast and dinner, nice swimming pools, free shuttle service to Vivo and easy access to the several nearby activities.

Room was a little compact, check-in and check out were a little slow and inefficient, facilities in the room weren't as good as I'd expect

All the hotel “activities” taking over the pool for waterpolo, or music water gym stuff while you just want to relax by the pool. Or the external “company” team bindings events, very loud with big bbq taking over the entire beach. Was expecting a lot more quiet stay. Very disappointing.

Beds were comfortable, buffet breakfast was well stocked. I liked the attention that was given to keep kids happy. Staff were friendly overall.

Small room Old facility The beach is dirty and you can’t swim there. The breakfast was not that great compared to other Shangri - La hotels

Clean The swimming pools are very nice and enjoyable for kids. The kindergarten is very nice area. The stuff is very helpful.
