Our loft was not planned well. The bed was downstairs which made the whole place seem really small. Also, I had to do the check-in myself at the reception while the receptionist was just waiting. At a price like this, the reception should be able to do the check-in themselves.

The location was nice as we could walk to the most important sights. The breakfast was also really good with a wide range of options.

Staff were not so welcoming. In my opinion, some of the waiters especially during breakfast 🙄 were selectively cordial with some guests and really cold with others. For example, instead of serving my dad an omelette as he was first in the queue, they served another guest first. Even when we went for breakfast, they said we were not eligible for breakfast when we were. So we had to show them proof When we asked for extra towel for an additional guest, they didn't give it. We had to ask again. So they lack some organisation. The queue for check-in was also super long. They might need more staff at reception I guess

Overall hotel was clean and contemporary The loft style was really interesting and bed was comfy. Food options for breakfast were good.

The check in process is tooo time consuming.. The pre-questionnaire is also too long and they again ask half the details anyway during in person check -in. While most of the staff are kind, one or two are quite rude !

On June 26, my kid spilt water on the bed and I asked for housekeeping through the front desk (because the phone was ringing for more than 5 minutes without any reply) to change the bedsheet at about 11am. We went out for a couple of hours and returned at about 3pm, unfortunately, the bedsheet did not look like it was changed.

Location is excellent with the Riverside walk a great energy-release spot for the kids. Housekeeping staff on Level 7 on June 25 was very helpful and responsive to our needs, kudos to him.

No bellhop, stale smell in the room (it was the toilet), room wasn’t cleaned thoroughly (dusty under the stairs and there was still food crumps on the table top), pillows weren’t comfy (too flat, too soft)

My initial room was not properly cleaned. The bathroom needs some serious fungi cleaning. Areas were dusty. It seemed the housekeeping staff did not have all the tools to be effective. However, I must also note in this regard that the impractical design of certain areas of the loft made it challenging for them to be efficient (quick and with desired results). Furthermore, there were defective items such as the black-out curtain string was missing (had to walk over the desk to draw them); one of the electricity sockets didn't hold the power plug; the small toilet flusher wasn't working. Last but not least, I could not simply extend my stay at the reception. I was forced to book my extension (all 3 times) through the agent and do the full check-in process (register with passport etc) every-time (even-though I stayed in the same room)

I liked the location and the concept of the room. The staff was friendly especially the housekeeper on level 6 ("Luhan"). The recreational area is nicely designed.

We have to ask the housekeeping to clean the room. we stayed for 7 days and housekeeping staff haven’t kept the toiletries for 1 single day. Since it was a work trip and we had to leave early in the morning and housekeeping comes only after 10 am. Reception staff were not helpful at all and we end up buying our own toiletries.

The layout of the room poor ,the sofa bed is not safe and secure. The wood frame is a bit dangerous, very sharp . Plus the ceiling is mouldy. Toilet is a bit too high .

The cleanliness for the property could be improved. my shower was obviously not cleaned. It had someone else’s hair on the wall and in the drain, and on the toilet. the glass shower door very obviously had not been wiped.

The property was very well located near many good restaurants and the river. I also loved how bright the room was with the large windows.
