Only the acoustic insulation is a bit bad, even with the walls that thick, so you hear people from other rooms and kitchen.

The lady that checked us in was lovely, she is always cleaning so the place is spotless. Kitchen had everything you would need and the location of the property is perfect.

The facilities are functional but quite basic, not much care has been put into making the place look nice.

The location is superb, a short walking distance to the centre and yet very quiet. The room was clean and large. The host is exceptionally friendly and chatty. For this price it is good value for money.

Don’t expect to use the stove to cook anything, it has 2 gas and 2 electric, gas didn’t work at all and the electric was so ridiculously slow (no heat) that we gave up

Friendly staff, extremely comfortable beds AND pillows (which is so hard to find), everything you need in the kitchen to use, body wash and shampoo in the shower and amazing water pressure that was instantly hot!

The clothes cabinet is in the wall, which made heard all the noise made by the person who was in the next room. It would be great to find a solution for this in the future.

Very kind and helpful host. The location is great, with several shops and supermarkets nearby. Well equipped kitchen. The facility is fairly far from the street, so, generally quiet and calmful.

Everything ok

House Is near the old centre of Maribor. Clean rooms with towels, based equipped kitchen, bathroom and WC in floor for everyone together. Anna Is very kind person, after call she came very quickly also late at evening. Please note it is difficult to find parkplace in the city.....not possible in front of the house. Please note it is it is really noisy location.

Everything was ok.

As a solo traveller I got a 3-bed room, which offered enough space for me and my bike. The owner had asked me to give her a call 20 minutes before my arrival and she expected me already, when I arrived. She was very friendly and everything was very clean. The rooms, which were really quiet, are in an older building, but are in good condition. From there it is a few hundred meters to the center.

The price:location:value ratio for this property is great, specially for a single night stay as I did- its right beside the main church. Maribor was my last destination in a long trip and its a cute town and this property was a good place to sleep and rest before proceeding further.

Larger than expected room with space to store our bicycles, everything was clean and comfortable. The shared kitchen and bathrooms were clean and well equipped. I was hesitant initially about the shared bathrooms but in the end it was absolutely no problem. The location is fantastic, right in the center.
