Location was excellent for us after traveling all day. Access to the room was well planned and communicated. The staff was helpful. The room was a nice and clean in a quiet area. Thanks for the stay.

The hotel chain has a mobile application that is supposed to make check-in easier. It was impossible to add every member of our travelling group, as it kept forgetting information I have already provided. After all it was not needed, but still confusing.

We arrived late just driving through Slovenia and needed a place for the night. Even though there was no reception late at night, we got in easily following the directions received via text message.

There was some trouble with the breakfast. We ordered the room with the breakfast provided however it was somehow changed (though we got informed about it a few day before coming) to the packed lunch. Also, we were asked to checkout a little bit earlier than it was set by the information that we received in the email and via booking.com.

The size of the room was OK and the room was clean. Also, the location is quite convenient to commute to Maribor by car.

Kind and friendly staff, they even served us some wine at the late hour we arrived! Located next to the highway which is great if you’re tired of driving but don’t want to get too much into Maribor. Would definitely choose this hotel if passing Maribor again late night! A*****

The check-in needs to be done online by downloading a special app just for that. I find it to be combersom. Anyway, the staff did it on our behalf and sorted out the problem but it was a bit stressful as we were on the way to Maribor and in suspense if we'll be able to enter or not.

The way to enter the hotel is kind of complicated if you didint get or didint see an email they sent of the code to the entrence door. When we got there were no staff members so we couldn't ask how to get our key card for our room. So we had to call them. But at the end of the day this hotel and the experience we had in it was great.

The hotel rooms are great, the rooms were very clean, and the food was great.

There is a bar and a restaurant in the hotel but they were both closed. It was not really of major importance, but coffee vending machine could be set to return cash or accept credit cards.

Not a huge fan of self-check-in but can't really say anything against it as it went smooth both on the arrival and on the check-out. Location might be a drawback for some travellers because it's 15 minute drive from anything, but for us it didn't really make any difference.

Room was cold and an electrical heater was available to plug in, hence the temperature issue was known. Hot water was also almost inexistent..it was only mildly warm
