First of all, when arriving by car, you have to walk quite a lot to get to the reception. Then there is the fact, that for whatever reason, we got a room (101) for disabled people. Even though, there was nothing really wrong with the room and that the bathroom seemed to be bigger, it was not really comfortable to use a toilet placed that high. What was also strange: we were asked repeatedly about making a reservation for a dinner in the hotel restaurant - which we eventually did - but to our surprise only one other table was occupied during our dinner. This was really really strange, especially as the other table arrived after us and without a reservation. No idea what this was about (btw. the dinner was ok, but nothing special, we wouldn't return for the food, not a good value ). Both the wellness and the fitness seem to be available to public as well.

We liked the building and surroundings itself - it is a very nicely renovated Chateau in a park. It was also great having a balcony. The staff was nice too. The hotel is also well equipped (wellness, fitness, bowling etc.). Breakfast was ok.

We were in an unairconditioned room. If you want a/c you need to have a more expensive room.....in other words if you use a booking service you probably won't have a/c. We were in an attic room with a small window. Luckily it wasn't a very hot day and there was enough breeze for the room to be comfortable. Just a warning, if you will be there in the summer you need to be aware of this.

There is no air conditioning, it was very hot in the room. The spa area has become paid for hotel guests (before it was free). In the spa, the saunas are very dark, neither the temperature nor the time on the hourglass can be seen. It was very hot in the restaurant in the area where breakfast and dinner were not air-conditioned, while in the room where the staff was, the air conditioners were working.

Cozy chateau with history and beautiful aesthetics. Friendly staff, free parking available. The rooms are spacious, equipped with everything you need, including high-quality shower gel and shampoo. Good breakfast (included). Excellent spa area (you need to book in advance, 2 hours - 7 euros per person).

1. No air conditioning in the hotel room which made for a very warm and sweaty stay. 2. Our check in experience was strange. We were just handed the keys and weren’t explained where everything on property is (restaurant, spa, breakfast, etc). Front desk person wasn’t very friendly. 3. The property’s outdoor area is vast yet no area for children to play. 4. In our double room, no stand-alone shower. Just a bathtub with a handheld sprayer which got the bathroom soaked when trying to shower ourselves.

The bed and pillows are incredibly comfortable. The grounds of the property are very well kept and very clean. The hotel itself is beautiful.

Shower too small. Far away from many touristic places. Unkind staff. Small windows at the room. You have to sign up for every activity in the wellness center or in the entertainment center and you have to extra pay for every activity but the pool

The bathroom in the deluxe double room is ridiculous, borderline unusable, it might look nice, but try using it to take a shower.

Comfy beds. Great restaurant, although the reception told us it was open until 10pm, but it was closing at 21. They still accepted us and gave us amazing food, but it was awkward and we didn't feel welcome at all at first.

Even though there was an elevator you had to go up and down some stairs. It is possible to detour around but it is not very convenient.

Check in was super fast. The hotel has great character and charm. Room was large and bed was comfortable. The buffet breakfast had great selection and was fresh and well maintained. The pool was the best, I don't like basement spas. this wellness area had an outdoor hot tub and modern clean light pool. The whole wellness area was a treat and unlike some other hotels it was included in the price of the room. I paid for a massage and even at the last minute they were able to schedule me.

Noise from wedding party was heard inside wellness, and it was ruining the atmosphere of the quietness. Additionally. young people in wellness were not aware of know good manners and they were too loud also.

This hotel is real hospitability gem. We return back every year. High quality standard is maintained, so we were never disappointed, stayed here three times already. Wellness is superb, breakfast is excellent and rooms are very nice.

Spa - saunas are only for additional fees - not stated on booking.com Be prepare, that most Saturdays in they year they organize weddings and that’s why the availability of bowling or wellness could be limited. Also restaurant was closed for couple of hours

The balcony looks a bit weird as it has wooden bars from the bottom to the top horizontally which makes the view awkward.

Very nice and kind staff, beautiful buildings and garden, exceptionally amazing dinner.
