The shower head is a bit too much to the side meaning it wets the floor if the t was a bit more central it would reduce this issue

So, I’ll start with the room. For a suite in a 4 star hotel, I expected a little bit better. The only thing that made it a suite in my opinion is that the room was very big. The ladies that cleaned my room did not do a good job. Their cleaning was so so and one day, my room wasn’t cleaned. For some reason, my hot water had an issue on one morning and I had to bath with cold water. I was leaving very early in tho morning to Vienna so I did not want to make a fuss. The ladies toilet by the lobby smelt REALLY bad. The lobby area sometimes also smelt very bad a friend that came to pick me up also said thesame thing. The walkway going to the gym/spa area also has a funny smell.

I got a free upgrade and also birthday drinks and nibbles as a Birthday present which made me feel extra special. The hotel it self is at a great location. Close to everything including the bus stop (SNP) if you were to go to Vienna using slovaklines. The bus stop to the main bus station is also very close. You’ll need the bus 70. That’s where you take the bus to Budapest. The lady that checked me in was very nice. I wished I got her name but she was at the checkin on the 9/01/24 12pm and she checked me in early. I felt very safe in Slovakia/Bratislava as a black solo female traveller.

The toilet did not have a sink to wash our hands. The breakfast while plentiful in offering la led in taste and freshness.

The location is perfect, the 1 bedroom apartment was very spacious, it had a kitchen area as well as a separate shower and bathtub. The view is stunning looking over to the castle or the Danube.

The hotel seems fairly new, and everything was clean! The location is amazing, everything is within walking distance and because i came from Vienna airport the bus station was right next to the hotel. The staff were friendly and willing to help. The breakfast had many choices, and it was very tasty.

The parking is so expensive and the underground parking is horrible. The space is very narrow and it is like a tunnel. Probably it is a shelter for a war. Horrible.

Slow check in and I guess army presence complicated the use of lifts. Even without them, regularly the lifts did not work to move you up and down in the building. Stairs would have helped...

It had a surprisingly good breakfast. The location was spot on as it was close to transport and activities. Staff were very helpful once checked in.

The hot breakfast buffet was not hot, in fact most of it was luke warm/cool, despite being in pans which are supposed to keep items warm, you would really have to pop your plate in a microwave to heat it up to have a satisfactory cooked breakfast. The cold buffef options were nice and fresh, thankfully, as it was too annoying to attempt the "hot" option after the first two mornings.

Amazing location, opposite coach/bus station and river and right next to the old town. Could not have been better placed. Friendly staff and nice modern, clean hotel.

No interaction of staff with us. Would be nice to see smile or be asked about our plans or how we enjoyed stay.

Cleanliness in the room was exceptional, nice smell in the corridors, great selection of breakfast with friendly staff. Unfortunately, we didn’t have time to try spa or bar. Fantastic location. You should try to train staff more to start interacting with guests more during check in and check out. For example ask: “How was your stay? Was everything ok? Etc”

The hotel's best part is definitely the location - could not be better. Otherwise, it's a standard Radisson hotel - nothing surprising but in a good way. A clean room, a nice breakfast and very friendly staff.

Once when the cleaning ladies cleaned our room they dropped my sleeping clothes on the floor in order to make the bed. I found it very bad practice and I informed the front desk in order to take appropriate actions. The entrance of the hotel was very dark at night. could not understand why they did not turn on the entrance lights. The cleaning of the common areas has to be improved as well as the decoration of the lobby. It is not very "welcome" in my opinion.

The location of the hotel was excellent in the heart of the old city! The majority of the emploees are ready to help you with smile! The breakfast was very nice and variable. The people of the restaurant were very kind and smiley! The indoor pool and the sauna were perfect! One receptionist (a man at the age of 30 approximately) was really clever and helpful. By far the best of the front desk in my opinion - Sorry I do not remember his name!
