It was a good stay at this hotel, our room was nice, large enough and clean, we liked our balcony. Breakfast and dinner was very good with plenty of food choises. Surrounding of the hotel was nice.

SlovakiaThe hotel had no lift, so we had to carry our luggage 2 floors upstairs. And the staff at the reception desk wasn't aleays very friendly..I think it is a thing to improve (after all the experience abroad)
We liked staying at Hotel Björnson Jasná, the hotel was nice, rooms were clean and well-equiped. Location of the hotel was very good. Breakfast and dinner was always great with plenty of choises. Staff was polite and helpful (but at the reception sometimes wasn't).

UkraineBased on what I remember the rooms could be better maintained. Not that they were untidy - but definitely more effort should be spent on cleaning. The floors and walls are wooden (thus the noise isolation) - and overall the room, although big enough, did not had this feeling of comfort for us. Which of course could just be different to you. I could be somewhat concerned about the noise - the walls are not that thick - but we were lucky and there were no parties / loud noise at that time. Of course this only applies if you stay in the hotel building - as I understand there are also cabins that you can choose.
Seems like a family oriented hotel in Jasna. We had half board and both breakfast and dinner were good and plenty. (the drinks were not included in the evening). The hotel has direct access to the nearby slope - but you have to walk 100 meters and use stairs to get there so it's "as if like ski in/out" - still better than going all way to the lift station. We expected more from the rooms and overall but still all was fine. There is many activities for kids - and I understand hotel provides sleighs for kids to use. A lot of people also used saunas that are in the cabins on the territory.

HungaryThe room is not too large. To reach the slope you can choose two possibilities, but none of them are really well maintained. It is a short staircase, but still it is not in the best shape, and with skiboots it can be a challenge for beginners.
The overall quality of the hotel and the room is fine. I especially like the design. The food is also fine and delicious. The hot tub is life-saving at the end of the day.

Czech RepublicThere is nothing that you can dislike about this accommodation. Like mentioned in few comments, you can hear you neighbors from the tree house, as they are all twin, but in our 7 nights stay neither us or the neighbors had problem with this
Very well implementation of twin tree houses in the middle of the ski resort. Unique opportunity to stay in warm, cosy cots in the middle of the forest, while still being able to enjoy all benefits from luxurious hotel accommodation.

United StatesThere’s a few cocktails they can do and they were not open to do different than on the menu. The stairs which goes to the slope is not really well maintained and would need like 10 more steps to safely reach the slope. Hot tubs are not a bit more far from the main building. Would be better if there would be an insulated corridor or something. If these above resolved, my rating would be 5+. But now it’s just 4.5

PolandFood at the hotel restaurant was fine but not exceptional. Our bathroom was a bit smelly even though very clean. It must have been an issue with air circulation.
We stayed in a tree house and it was an exceptional experience. The house was very modern, convenient and cosy with fantastic views. Size is perfect for a 2+2 family. And it's 50 meters from a ski slope. Perfect location. The staff was very friendly. The hotel offers SPA including sauna and tubes with hot and cold water outside, has a game room for kids, serves complimentary hot wine in the afternoon etc.

United KingdomNot sure about housekeeping, they popped in a couple of times and did bins and new towels, but didn’t make beds or anything else ( not sure if they were meant to or not!) wasn’t a problem for us they were very friendly! ( it was clean when we arrived though!) No convenience shop near by - we were glad we took a few snacks.
Location was great, close to the ski run the tree houses (more like pods) were well designed and laid out. Main building,bar and restaurant were all welcoming. Wellness area is made up of several pods outside with lovely views. Great massage. (Martin) Food both breakfast and dinner was varied and tasty. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Great WiFi. Even gave us take away breakfast and took us to the airport - thanks Richard!
