Eveything !!! It is the best hotel I did ! The room was perfect, the breakfast also and what a friendly receptionnist were welcoming us ! :) i don't rembeber the name of the young woman who registered us but she was so nice and thank you Pavlov to find our bus :) The location is perfect, close to the center but still quiet

The bar in the lobby doesn't really have any options for vegetarians except salad or french fries. Also the alcohol rates are quite pricey as compare to other options available across the street in the old town area. Wifi connectivity is very very poor in the lobby area. However, no wifi related issues in the room.

The location of the hotel is great, its just 3 bus stops from the main railway station. The bus stop is right in front of the Hotel. The Hotel is very near to the old town, other tourist attractions can be easily reached by using public Special thanks to Ivan from the front desk for answering all questions and providing details of tourist places to visit.

Rooms required some maintenance. Some wear and tear was very obvious on furniture.

Very close to the old town (2 min walk)?but also away from crowds. The complimentary water was very much appreciated! Rooms were clean and comfortable.

€56 for two days parking is a bit extreme Would have been nice to have an evening restaurant.

You could tell it needed some renovation. It was also a little dirty in places (eg the hole in the sink under the tab was really filthy, which you could see straight into sitting on the toilet). There was also a huge stain on the couch on our room, which was about the first thing we saw.

Perfect for exploring old town, but being away from the big crowds. AC in the room saved us from sweaty nights.

The location is excellent, and you can walk to the castle and also short distance to the city center. All the facilities were excellent, and the front-office staff was very helpful. The room was large with comfortable beds, and well equipped bathroom. The breakfast is really excellent with high variety of food, worth to take.

It's a little stressful when you can't turn off the TV with the button on the remote, but you have to use some kind of system menu

A nice, modern hotel on the border of the historic center. Rooms on the 6th floor with a terrace and a view of the Old Town are the best. Don't forget to close the curtains because the sun shines directly on the pillows in the morning 😀. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast.

Unable to access rooftop facilities (extra 30€ each) disappointing Breakfast service could have been better. Chef could have done with some support as had to do his own fetching & carrying from the kitchen instead of concentrating on serving guests. Only 1 two slice toaster
