Overall, although the apartment is cozy, it is a bit outdated. I would at least replace the couch. Plus, nobody from housekeeping arranged the room during our 5-nights stay. We had to request at the reception for additional shower gel or to get the trash removed. There was no towel change and no cleaning at all. I understand it is a private apartment (not managed by the hotel itself), but for a 4-stars classification, there is no excuse not to clean the room at least once in 5 days.

Difficult to get through to reception over the phone. Some of the kitchen doors/fridge were in poor condition.

The fan blower in the shower was making loud noise, and should be replaced. The city tax can’t be paid in the front desk cause they are not dealing with those hotels apartments. I actually had to pay this tax double due to the bank transfer fee (it was much easier if it was just included in the total price).

Great location, the place is nice and clean, it’s a great place for family with 2 teenagers. Hotel breakfast in the Olivia restaurant was great.

Our stay was extraordinary. The rooms were spacious and had a nice view to the mountains. Cable car station was just around the corner. Breakfast was delicious and dinner was also available. The staff was very kind and helpful. Sure we will return in the future. Thank you for everything.

Breakfast quite expensive with average selection, had to ask staff to refill empty dishes with ham/cheese or pancakes well before 10am.

Well equipped, great design, feels like a home. Actually it has been one of our favourite places to stay out of many. Dog friendly, with no extra charge. Received a room with balcony and shower (like it more than a tub.) Great restaurant on the ground floor. It was awesome, really.

I was visiting with mom and the only thing she disliked about our apartment was some kind of a sensor or a device on the ceiling in the bedroom which lightened up red every time someone moved, which disturbed her at night when we went to sleep. And she missed a shoe horn in the hall area, so you may want to consider adding those to the apartments. I didn't mind it or missed it at all.

Good location, the staff was very nice and caring, both at the reception and also at restaurant Olivia. We really liked the fact that the kitchen in the apartment was well equipped, we found absolutely everything we needed for cooking. I loved the huge shower and beds were comfy, everything was clean when we arrived. Breakfast was amazing (the scrambled eggs were 💛). We'd definitely love to come back again and for longer :) plus they're pets friendly! Our dog loved the stay, too.

Access to the sauna was extra charged, which was unclear from the accommodation description — the same case was with the extra fee for the pet (dog).

Design-wood furnitures, high quality practical kitchen, confortable bath, excellent beds in the apartments. Excellent location, services( bike rent, play room for little ones). Kind people and amazing environment. Super👍
