- service at breakfast was rather inexistant. Food and buffet was alright but there was no greeting, no farewell, no smile, no satisfaction check during service and had to pick my own cutlery on the waiter station as they removed all of them from tables 20minutes before end of service.

- cosy rooms / good design and great working desk - friendly and helpful staff at the reception - overall atmosphere of the place

Absolutey wonderful 2 nightl stay. Location ideal 10 min stroll from train/bus station and the same into the old town. Rooms are nicely furnished and immaculately clean. The staff are all friendly and helpful. We had a meal in the hotel restaurant both nights and the quality and value is top class. Will definately return.

Absolutely fabulous hotel, one of the best we’ve ever stayed in. Very cheerful and helpful staff, especially the young man who checked us in. We’d asked if we could possibly have a high floor with a nice view and that’s exactly what we were given. The room was awesome, amazing decor and exceptionally clean as is the whole hotel. Lots of little extras. Loved the hotel’s whole themed decor, really interesting and quirky with a great vibe. Breakfast was varied, plentiful, good quality and absolutely delicious. Perfect location - 10 minutes walk from the main bus station and same again to the old town. Definitely try the restaurant - Fabrika. Great atmosphere, delicious food and massive selection of drinks. Good prices too. Overall cannot fault Loft Hotel in any way, would highly recommend.

Location was fantastic. Rooms had everything you could possibly need. They even provide €8 credit for wine machine. I also left a pair of expensive earrings and when I noticed reception Peter the manager dealt with it so quickly and I had my earrings back 2 days later.

Liked everything

Loved the look and theme which carried right the way through with quality quirky retro industrial pieces. Room very comfy and great shower. Nice touch having the free minibar and wine & nibbles.

I spent two days in Bratislava and have decided to stay in Loft Hotel. It was a very good decision because this hotel has exceeded my expectations. The room was really spacious and stylish. Free minibar was really nice compliment. Also, it's essential to mention the breakfast - very good choice of dishes and drinks. The Hotel is placed at the center between the main station and old down. This fact makes my staying better as well because it was easy to go to Bratislavskiy Grad, old town etc.

I can only nitpick, but there were just two teabags in the room, they could have been more generous. For example the last hotel I stayed in of a similar standard had four different types and 2x of each.

Great room, very spacious. I was upgraded to a comfort room which was very clean and comfortable. The TV had streaming apps like Netflix and Prime Video which was welcome. The free minibar was nice to have. I had the window open at night and there was very little noise. The breakfast was excellent with a great selection. I also had dinner in the hotel restaurant which was good quality. Staff were all very friendly. Location is a short walk from the old town and train station.

Asked for directions when I checked in , but wasn’t offered a map or any suggestions on where to go little disappointed by that . My only other thing was the air con was not that cold which meant the room was stuffy.

Property is spotless , the room was so big and breakfast plenty of choices for all. Good 10 minute walk to the centre but easy to follow the signs .

The burger I ordered from the restaurant was not good value for money. I ordered via room service and it arrived cold however my husband ordered the fish and chips which was delicious.
