The location was somehow far from the city center.

Great location few minutes from the Old Town, nice design and atmosphere of the lobby and the room, comfortable beds and tasty breakfast. Minibar with basic drinks included in the price.

Absolutely amazing hotel. Design, cleanliness, atmosphere - all perfectly balanced. Definitely will come back, and I will recommend it to my friends. "Fabrika" restaurant is a great part of hotel. We have enjoyed the stay.

We liked the enterior and the style the rooms and the pub was decorated in. The bathroom was big enough and well equipped. The staff was very helpful and kind.

Bedrooms spotless , with clean towels daily and beds changed mid week . Bar and restaurant serve same food at same prices and were well cooked and tasty, so much so that we ate there three times . Great location with an easy 15 minute walk into the centre . Close to station and airport .

We did have an issue with our room, lots of hairs on the bed and covers, the hotel cleaning staff were excellent and change the covers. Unfortunately the AC would only go as low as 19 degrees so the room was really hot, an open window was facing a very loud main road . So we had no sleep on the 1st night The hotel did move us to a very nice room , but it was an effort. As it must be the Slovak way to be very miserable with one line answers, not very customer friendly . But we got there in the end

Lovely hotel, very well presented. Bar Area & Food were exceptional. Rooms are very well laid out nice touch with the free bar fridge Bathroom had very hot water, rain shower was needed from coming in from the cold

I couldn't find any fault with this hotel. It exceeded our expectations.

Fantastic hotel, great location. The room was a generous size, clean and comfortable. The wonderfully stocked SMEG fridge in the room was a great bonus and the contents are free of charge and replenished daily. Lovely robe and winter fluffy slippers in the room on our arrival. The Fabrika Restaurant, which is adjacent to the hotel was fantastic. Great food and a decent selection of beers from their own microbrewery. I would highly recommend the hotel, which is a 10 minute walk to the old town.

Exceptionally clean. Modern decor with style that was continued throughout the hotel. All fittings were to a very high standard. Wonderful breakfast with a vast choice of hot and cold food including local dishes. The hotel is situated an easy 10-15 minutes walk from the old town and the same distance from the railway station. A perfect choice.

We were very happy with Loft Hotel. Lovely staff who allowed us an early check in. Beautiful room- very cosy and large. Breakfast buffet was superb. A short walk down to the old town. An easy walk from the train station and £10 uber back to the airport. Cute little bar and beautiful Christmas decorations. Overall delighted with our stay here and wish there was a Loft Hotel everywhere we visit!

There were a flight of steps towards the hotel entrance which makes carrying heavy luggages an issue.

The breakfast buffet could of been a little bit better if the hot food was hot, most days it was a bit too cold for me.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms were spacious, extremely clean, beautiful bathroom and a very comfortable bed. The choice of food for breakfast was very good and the Fabrik restaurant did amazing food.

Nothing really, wait for table at breakfast sometimes a bit long but this was probably due to bad weather outside !

The Loft Hotel is very welcoming and friendly, all the staff were excellent. The room (and mini bar) was ideal and very comfortable. Breakfast was very good with everything re-stocked regularly. Restaurant and bar menu very recommended

Our only criticism would be that the room was far to hot!! The temperature is centrally controlled, but could be turned down a few degrees. We had the window open all the time and the fan off. Some may like a very hot room, but was too hot for us. Everything else was spot on.

Location was great, between town and railway station 10 mins to either. Lovely room with great quality fixtures and fittings. Very comfortable bed and bedding. Great mini bar. Plenty of storage space. Staff were all very good and Katerina on Reception was superb. Very helpful and always had a smile, we did wonder if she ever had time off!! Breakfast was good with plenty of choice, had dinner 1 evening again very good and bar was good. All gets busy so you may need to book a table to avoid being dissapointed. We had a fabulous stay in this great hotel. Would definately recommend.
