Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

CroatiaI didn't like the fact that the communication was kinda tough - during the day, there is no one there and on emails and booking messages they do not answer. We wanted to book the usage of sauna for the first day, but no one was there and on the message they never replied. Also, English is barely an option, even though everyone is really nice.
The location is nice and exactly what we needed - close to nature and kind of isolated. Very nice. Breakfast was okay as well, for a veggie, salads and eggs were always available. Staff, when there were any, was very nice and accessible.

Czech RepublicOur room was right by the staircase, so he could hear the noise from time to time.
The first contact with the accommodation was over the phone. I got a call from a very nice lady, she explained everything and I checked in without any problem. In the morning we had a buffet breakfast, which was rich. Overall, we were satisfied during our stay. It is certainly not a disadvantage, however, we were a bit annoyed by the absence of dinner options.

HungaryI did not get the notification email about the check-in process (there was no reception open onsite but we got the keys from a keyholder locker - the code for the locker was supposed to be sent by email) - so I had to call the hotel to find out how to get our keys, but they were very friendly and responded immediately.
Excellent fresh breakfast with multiple choices and variety day by day - both the orange juice and fried eggs were real and not made of powder. The room was very spacious, the bed was comfortable and it was nice to have a sofa in it as well. The wellness was wonderful, a jacuzzi, 2 types of sauna, and a steam cabin - all very new, and the hotel made sure that it was not crowded by booking in advance - we were there almost alone for 2 hours.

SlovakiaWe got two single beds joined instead of a double bed, which are uncomfortable for a couple. One of the bed lights did not work. The doors to the bathroom could not be opened fully. Smoking allowed on the balconies. When people were smoking on the neighbouring balconies, we had to close our windows. The WiFi signal was weak in our room, we were frequently disconnected from the internet.
Spacious room with balcony. Available sitting on the balcony. Quite neighborhood. The location was superb, all places in the High Tatras were within 15 minutes by car. Good breakfast. The staff was very kind and pleasant. Great wellness facilities. Overall, very good value for the money. Recommended.

HungaryWiFi connection is very weak and slow. Pillows are absolutely uncomfortable, they are thin. Check in process isn’t organized well. No one met us. No information was given how to pick up the key. Only after 4-5 calls we received an information how to find the key ourselves
