A cosy and spacious hotel. Much better looking once inside. My room was clean with a balcony, separate bathroom and wc. Good wifi and breakfast. Walking distance to town centre.

Hot in my room - no a/c Noisy from the road just outside a motel Balcony was actually a big minus since my neighbours were smoking all the time, and it was not possible to open the window, even though it was hot.

It was our second stay, and it seems they have only twin rooms, no double beds. Though the receptionist said they have a fridge in some of their rooms, there wasn’t one… At breakfast there are no mugs for tea, just coffee-cups, so if you want a proper mug of tea, you have to make it in two cups 😁

Very good breakfast, even a few kinds of salad, which is rare. The hotel is a really good value for money. The receptionist was really friendly and helpful.

The location, though not far from the city center, is not suited for pedestrians. There are no crosswalks anywhere near any buildings, so if you are arriving by foot, you have to cross the three lane road. Also, no buses are going that way, so your best choice is to come by car. (Obviously this is not the problem of the accommodation though, more the problem of the city itself.)

The room was nice, quiet, and clean. The bed rather comfortable. Free wifi was very strong and reliable, which I appreciated. Breakfast was amazing and the staff met my diet restrictions wonderfully.

When booking accommodation via Booking.com, I stated that I would pay immediately, but I had to pay additionally at the hotel reception. I don't know if it's because of the hotel or because of the Booking.com company, but the hotel did not recognize my payment.

Very friendly receptionist. She prepared a breakfast package for me because I had to travel before the restaurant opened. And cup of coffee also.

The hot water tap had to be left running for almost ten minutes before you got any hot water--- perhaps it was temporary. The rooms face the carpark and a few businesses but beyond that the hills can be seen clearly. There are no footpaths leading directly to the penzion and so you were obliged to cross the road and walk several metres on the street verges. No one spoke English but the staff were obliging nonetheless. I don't recommend staying here if you are carrying your suitcase with you and decide to walk there.

The complimentary breakfast was nice and nutritious. The rooms were good and clean. You could cross the road and take long walks alongside the canals with breath taking scenery of the hills. There's a bar and restaurant downstairs but you could easily walk up the road to have lunch and dinner at the several eateries around the main square.

The space available for the reception is small. For clients it`s not an issue but I suppose it`s a little bit limited to the employees (receptionists).

The breakfast was nicely done, with fresh ingredients and tasteful. Available, there is tea and a coffee machine with 3 coffee preparation options. The foyer is spacious which is a good aspect in pandemic time. The room was clean, tided up and were provided new and soft towels.
