I am 195 cm tall and everything felt a bit tiny! Bed was short, stairs narrow, garden paths “low” etc.

The staff! Just wonderful. Location was within walking distance from just about everywhere, a little away the busy and noisy areas. Pool area was pleasant.

For the price point, the bedroom was a little small and there was no divider between the shower and the rest of the bathroom, so everything got a bit wet in there.

They greeted us with a welcome treat upon check-in and the building itself is both beautiful and unique. We enjoyed the common spaces and made use of the pool, although the pool patio had full sun for much of the day. The staff was friendly and the owner made a point of going around to greet guests during the breakfast time.

The neighborhood was a bit sketchy. Didn't really like that the shower was just an open shower in the bathroom that got everything wet. Much prefer an enclosed shower. Other than that, the room was fine.

The Greenheart Boutique Hotel is a quiet oasis near the heart of Paramaribo. Delicious breakfast with generous and helpful staff. My family loved staying here. It is cozy, solid, well maintained, clean, and friendly. Thank you!

The hotel staff was very welcoming and friendly, and the hotel itself is a beautiful building. The owner helped us sort out transport, pointed out a place for money change, even walked with us at night to help us find the nearest restaurant. Our kids enjoyed the place a a lot as well. It's very kids friendly and the pool is a lot of fun. Breakfast was also excellent. I would hightly recommend it to others visiting Paramaribo.

the Greenheart is an oasis in Paramaribo, which ... grows on you. first impressions are of many dilapidated buildings around but quickly overcome that (and then you get to Georgetown and realize just how good you had it). Munesh and his staff are absolutely fantastic and returning to the garden like setting and wonderful pool area is a treat. wifi, aircon, breakfast all great. there was a lot of pride in the building of the Greenheart and it shows.

Room and bathroom were too small. Mosquitoes in the room on the first night. We killed many of them before going to bed, but the one(s) that got away spent the night biting me. No mini fridge or mini bar in our room. I didn't like the location. Not many good options to eat around the place. At least not on foot. You need a car or a taxi to reach good restaurants and the main attractions in Paramaribo. The price was relatively high, compared to what the property has to offer. In comparison, we were at the Ramada the days before, a much better hotel in a much better location in Paramaribo, and it cost us only a few dollars more.

We hope you will progress to offering more meals. However, you were most helpful in finding places to eat dinner and there were many fine restaurants and take-outs within easy walking distance. Delivery of takeouts was also readily available and prompt. No problems were encountered.

I cannot rate the staff highly enough. I had problems with payment, but the owners were patient and extremely kind to me, which meant that I was able to enjoy my time in Paramaribo. The facilities are nice and the hotel is comfortable, but it is the extent that they will go to in order to support you that is really memorable. Highly recommend.
