Needed to pay for airport shuttle service. Room smelled damp. Hotel needs update. Pool had too much chlorine and not very clean. Breakfast was terrible.

Price for what you get is good. Location close to airport. Mall and food courts close by. Restaurant had view nice since it’s next to the river.

No bacon at breakfast, and eggs are pre-cooked, so it was a little cold.

Very near to the airport, and perfect for an overnight stay. Pool looked great, but didn't have time to use it. Room was fairly spacious. I was upgraded, so the room was probably bigger than usual with a balcony. Comfortable bed, and had good rest.

Even if the hotel is located near the airport, the location was very hidden from the main road. Walking to nearby shopping center Robinson wasn't so nice, depending on traffic and narrow sidewalks. Breakfast so and so.

Location near the airport. Easy to use the pool. Good with a balcony in the room. Nice riverside restaurant. The whole hotel area was very quiet though it was near the airport and lots of traffic on the streets nearby.

Great location for airport with 15 minutes to airport with shuttle provided for 200 bhat per room. 2 lovely pools and great riverside area for drinks and dinner. Good dinner menu with great choice. Staff in bar and restaurant super friendly and efficient

Green haven at the klong (canal), situated along busy Lat Krabang road. We had a big room with balcony overlooking the pool and garden. Good food and service at restaurant, convenient shuttle bus to airport. Malls at walking distance, 10 min to pedestrian crossing at Makro/Paseo, must be good on your feet though. Ideal after long day of travel, and if not in a hurry would have considered staying another night!

It was a great place to stay for a stopover before we set off for Southern Thailand the next day, close to BKK airport. The cafe on the river was lovely

We stayed there as it was close to the airport and we had an early flight but there was no hot water in the shower at 6am 🥶

This was one of the cheapest hotels we stayed at in Thailand but it set a great standard as the room was spacious and really clean and the staff were friendly. Also the minibar was relatively cheap !!

On check-in, we got told that we can also enjoy late check-out at 2 pm, but the next day this decision was reversed by the reception. Please do not confuse guest with those kind of mixed messages. This was the only minor issue.

Very big and clean room and for an extra charge of 600 Baht, we enjoyed early check-in at 8 am. Close to the airport (only 15 minutes) and some local restaurants nearby to eat. Overall, a pleasant and wonderful stay.

There is not much near the hotel.

The room we had was a good size and very comfortable, with a big balcony that you could sit out on and relax. The buffet breakfast had a good range of Thai and Western food. The hotel restaurant is very nice, situated at the side of a river and the staff are very welcoming and helpful, thoroughly enjoyed eating there. The hotel is back from the main road so no traffic noise.

The hotel is very nice and beautiful. The pool is very appreciable :) The room is really spacious and bathroom very good ! They have a shuttle to the airport and that’s very convenient and easy. Would definitely recommend this hotel

Great air conditioning in room, but it was a bit noisy at night.

Lovely place. We stayed 1 night as it was close to the airport. Room was very spacious and clean. Bed very comfortable with no outside noise. Staff were friendly and efficient. As we were leaving really early and had paid for breakfast they gave us a breakfast bag to take to the airport with us. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant and that was very nice and not too expensive. Would definitely stay there again. Value for money.

Shuttle pickup could be quicker, we had to wait 40 minutes, not a big deal, but could be better. The shuttle was on time to take us to the airport.

Great for an overnight stay between flights at BKK airport. Has a shuttle for a small fee. Clean rooms and good restaurant at the hotel.

The shuttle price to and from the airport is too high because it is so close. I felt ripped off. Rather take a GRAB
