The service at the Flamingo Bar was disappointing, with staff appearing disinterested and the wait times unsatisfactory. Additionally, the drinks at both the Flamingo Bar and the pool bar were overpriced and not particularly enjoyable. While the hotel did provide beach towels for each room, I would have appreciated sunbeds provided by the hotel at the beach.

My wife and I recently spent 10 nights at the Bandara Phuket Beach Resort to celebrate our anniversary, and our experience was wonderful. Upon arrival, we were touched by a thoughtful gesture left in our room by the hotel staff, setting a warm tone for our stay. While some reviews criticize the hotel's location, we found it ideal. This was our third visit to Thailand, and we love this area for its tranquility, far from the hustle and bustle of Patong. The resort is a 20-25 minute drive from attractions like Old Phuket Town and the Naka Night Market. It boasts direct access to Ao Yon Beach and is just a five-minute walk from the picturesque and lesser-known Khao Khad Beach. The neighborhood is well-serviced with excellent restaurants, bars, massage parlors, and taxi services. Additionally, there's a 7-Eleven conveniently located less than five minutes away on foot. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and eager to assist. One memorable instance was when I needed to scan and print some work documents; despite being busy with other guests' check-ins and check-outs, the reception staff were extremely helpful. A special mention goes to Sa from Housekeeping, who went above and beyond to ensure our room was immaculate and surprised us with delightful little gifts (photo attached). Our room featured a partial sea view, which was fine since we didn't plan to spend much time indoors. The room itself was spacious, clean, and equipped with an excellent air conditioner. The pool area was well-maintained and offered stunning views, and the Flamingo Beach Bar was a pleasant spot to relax. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth, even at 4 AM when we departed, thanks to the accommodating and friendly staff. Overall, given our love for this serene and beautiful area, we will definitely return to Bandara Phuket Beach Resort.

The variety served at breakfast was not on par with other hotels we stayed at in Phuket.

Great location. We enjoyed having the option between the beacfront restaurant and upstairs bar. During the last couple of days of our stay, the upstairs pool was closed for maintenance, but we were given access to the Bandaras Villas pool which is only a short walk along the beach. The beach is also peaceful and not crowded. Perfect for a relaxed holiday.

Nice hotel on the clean beach away from crowds. Nice and spacious rooms. Hotel has a rooftop bar and pool with a fantastic view of the bay. There are also lots of nice thai restaurants nearby.

The gym closes at 7.00pm local time which is not great coz I would've used it if it was open until late. The air con started malfunctioning the first night but it was rectified by the engineering team.

The room was cozy, the pool had nice views and the staff was friendly and willing to help.

Was not told there was a resort and a villa beforehand and the driver dropped my partner and I off at the villa after our night flight. After approaching the staff at the villa, we were told to walk down the hill in the dark at about 10pm, despite the free buggy parked outside the concierge. After walking down the barely lit road, we arrived at the resort. The staff at the reception was helpful and professional, getting us checked-in quickly without any issues. They kindly upgraded us from the Deluxe room to the Deluxe room with a balcony. Since the attached restaurant Flamingo was still operating, we ordered some in-room dining well before the kitchen closed. After the lack of any sort of response from the restaurant regarding our food, I called the concierge twice to finally receive a call back from the restaurant. They explained that their machine had some issue and did not receive my order and since it was now 11pm, their kitchen had closed. They offered to send some drinks instead. Due to the delay of their response, the surrounding restaurants had closed as well. Thankfully there is a convenience store nearby well-stocked with various instant food and necessities.

The room is clean and spacious, the vibe was very open and did not feel suffocating. But the real MVP for mid-April Phuket was the air-conditioner.

Everything was great, - the room, the pool, friendly staff. Breakfast was ok, and there were new options every day. It's a bit far from the city, but it's also very quiet and calm place with little traffic. Many different restaurants, shops, massage salounes right outside of the door. Totally worth the money.

It was a little far away from everything. The aircon didn’t really cool the room down enough. It’s not really a swimming beach that it’s on.

There are no chairs on the beach side or umbrellas, the dependency is mainly on Flamingo which is the beach bar that closes at 23:00, so it wasn't easy for someone who doesn't enjoy the sun tans.

The staff are nice and the rooms are clean, the people there are cool and the vibes are nice, and the view there is beautiful (especially in the swimmingpool area)

- Room Cleaning Services: The cleaning services did not meet my expectations. The rooms could benefit from more thorough and consistent cleaning to match the hotel's overall standard. - Overpriced Food in the Flamingo Restaurant: While the food was general, the prices at the Flamingo restaurant felt unjustifiably high compared to the quality and portion sizes offered. - Hotel Entrance Signage: The entrance to the hotel was not as obvious as it could be. More visible and clearer signage would greatly guide taxis in locating the hotel upon arrival.

Their professionalism and warmth significantly enhanced our stay. - Beach: The beach adjacent to the hotel is nothing short of paradise. It's well-maintained, with crystal-clear waters and soft sands, providing a perfect retreat for relaxation and tranquility. - Pool: The pool area is a highlight of the hotel, offering a stunning oasis to unwind and cool off. The viewpoint is definitely worse every dollar - Accessibility Options: I appreciated the hotel’s commitment to accessibility, ensuring that all guests, regardless of mobility, can enjoy their facilities and services comfortably. - Sea View: My room offered a breathtaking sea view, serving as a daily reminder of the beautiful location I was in. - Local Goods & Markets: Exploring the local goods and markets was a delightful experience. - Massage Salon: The on-site massage salon provides skilled therapists for an affordable price. - Dining Places: Apart from the Flamingo restaurant, the hotel is surrounded by a variety of dining places that cater to all tastes and preferences. The diversity and quality of food available were impressive.

The position of the resort is right on the beach. The room was lovely with a side view of the sea. The roof top pool was very comfortable with lots of sun beds available for hotel clients. The staff were very friendly and overall we had a lovely stay.
