The shower was difficult to use without getting bathroom wet but apart from that everything was pleasant.

Very lovely little hotel! Such a nice vibe - pool area was beautiful for the price we paid and let’s in a great amount of sunshine , all the greenery looks exactly as the picture shows and we got the impression that it’s very well looked after. Our room was very nice and overlooked the pool (I think all the rooms do). Staff were very friendly and I liked how they put out a mini complimentary, continental breakfast for guests ( I believe this is only if you pay for your stay with cash and not via card payment)- it was a nice little touch to keep me going for the morning. They also sell drinks and snacks throughout the day for a very reasonable price! Location was decent lots of food markets within 20 mins of walking and shops and restaurants close by! We really enjoyed our stay here and felt very settled after only staying for 3 nights, would definitely recommend to people looking for a nice comfortable place to stay on a budget!

Nothing, everything was great!

Great hotel, with a small but refreshing swimming pool which was well needed during out stay. The rooms are very spacious, the balcony is great. Very clean rooms. The hotel is located near the Friday night market, also walking distance from an amazing food market and opposite a laundry, which was very handy. The staff are very friendly! We were extremely happy with our stay and would definetely recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Chiang Mai.

Second time staying here. It’s a simple property with everything you need plus 7/11 around the corner. Housekeeping done every morning was nice. Continental breakfast provided was perfect. Plenty of eateries and lovely in the old town. Pool very refreshing after a day out.

There was not anything we didn't like

We really enjoyed this little hotel in the heart of old town Chiang Mai. The bed was extremely comfortable, the room with balcony was perfect and the staff very friendly and helpful. The pool was a relaxing place to cool off. Very quiet and clean. We decided to stay a few more nights. Highly recommend.

The staff were lovely did on get their names. The pool was very chilled a hand full of people there when I went. Close to amazing restaurants and cocktail bars and a short walk to the night bazaar.

Very good location. The room is spacious. We had a room which was not close to the road and it was very quiet at night. The swimming pool was nice. The breakfast is simple, but enough for us to start the day. Eventually there are also cafes nearby when you can have breakfast. There is no laundry, but wasn't a big deal as there is one in front of the hotel

Lovely little hotel just outside the old town. I recommend to stay here as you can easily access the touristy old town plus go on other more interesting adventures early. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Pool was lovely. I did not have the breakfast so can’t comment. Room was clean with a cute little terrace!

No Elevator so had to make a few runs for our bags to the top floor. Bathroom is a little bit old fashioned but water was hot and had good pressure, well ventilated and no bad smells

Staff were super helpful and friendly. Rooms were comfortable with good A/C and facilities. Balcony was good and had good views of the pool. No noise comlaints at all. Location was good and in the heart of the Old town. Rooms looked a little dated but had no functunal issues. Breakfast was mainly free hot drinks, small pastries and fruit.
