The location is a bit far in.

The host was very friendly and helpful. She helps us find transportation to go around the areas. She is even willing to drive us out for dinner when she finds the price of the transport is too high.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like.

This was a beautiful Bed & Breakfast with very comfortable beds & pillows. It was very clean & spacious with fine decor. We had 2 separate rooms in the Villa with our own small pool, which was perfect for my grandsons. Our host was so gracious & the breakfast was home cooked & delicious. The grounds were beautiful with a lot of different plants & flowers. It was within walking distance to several restaurants.

The property was beautiful, warm with friendly service. The property was peaceful and conveniently located. The room was very comfortable, spotless and good wifi. The surrounding area was quiet with nature’s music. It was lovely seeing so many birds such as the Hornbill birds native to Thailand. Many restaurants nearby and very close to the entrance of the Khaoyai National park. The breakfast was delicious. We had great weather as well. It was a very enjoyable stay. Thank you Casa Khao Yai.

Wonderful house in a lovely garden with inviting terrace to relax. The owners are most helpful with advice on visiting the park and transport back to Bangkok, and made excellent restaurant recommendations. Breakfast was super and every day they surprised us with some little variation. Expect to hear and see some birdlife in the trees around the compound. Great value for money.

Liked that the location is central so it's convenient but it is in a quiet compound. Host was very friendly and approachable. Room had basic necessities needed and they make your room everyday. It was a cosy stay. We did not order the breakfast but it is available on request the night before

We were more than delighted with how clean our room was and how comfortable the place was. Khun Obb was also a very gracious host during our stay, making sure we were well taken care of. Breakfast was also good and delicious! Location was excellent and close to many attractions we had planned on visiting. We all enjoyed our stay very much and will be back to stay at Casa Khao Yai B&B when we visit Khao Yai again!

The entrance from the main road is very very dark at night. Use google map!

Location is very good. Close to the national park entrance and restaurants. Breakfast was the best…very wholesome and filling (great to prepare for hiking!) Another big plus is drinking water, coffee, and tea are available 24 hours. Very private. Beautiful landscape.

Excellent bed and breakfast able to accomodate our family of 4 in a spacious room. The beds were very comfortable and breakfast was huge and delicious. Location was close to khao yai park and multiple great restaurants. Property was beautiful, quiet, and well kept. We even had a hornbill visit! Host was friendly and accomodated our early tour timing with an early breakfast that was more than enough to keep our bellies full until the afternoon.

It's quite confusing to.sesrch for the BnB.We made few wrong turn before we reached the BnB.

The room is very clean and spacious.The bedsheet are clean and smell heavenly.It has a smart TV and WiFi.The room comes with a electric kettle and 3 in 1 coffee. The toilet comes with a clean towel for guest.Hot and cold water. The one we had was a house on its own , away from the main house so has privacy.Outside the room has a small table and chair so we could enjoy our coffee overlooking the garden.

The signage outside of the private property is not very visible, and not much of street lights. As a guiding, you need to turn in before reaching Thames Valley.

It’s a very exclusive and private area. Khun Obb is very nice, friendly and attentive to her guests, making sure we are comfortable with our stay. Khun Obb also designed the room for my wedding anniversary.

Everything was well.

Centrally located, fit secluded in a couple of similar residential areas. Good breakfast, they had served bacon, I would say very well. (Smile.) Nice and service -friendly staff and owner.
