The climate just worked very strong so at some point it got too cold but if u turn it off it gets hot very fast again and the room gets wet

The location is quite ‘far out’ and many facilities had to be travelled to by a taxi and it may be quite costly for travellers who would like to go to other places regularly.

We had an amazing stay at the Chalong Chalet Resort. The staff were helpful and friendly and the rooms were comfortable and clean. There were 2 swimming pools which were well maintained and we had a jacuzzi included which was a nice addition. Breakfast was served from 8:00 am to 10:00 am and despite the fairly limited selection of breakfast it was good for the price we payed. They also serve things other than what is provided if you ask, which we appreciated. The WiFi was adequate and sometimes cut out but could be fixed easily.

Great location. Great staff and excellent service. We had 2 executive suites right at the top of the complex so had amazing views. The staff were always there to transport you around the complex so was great, especially after a full day of sightseeing or activities. We are thinking of returning to Phuket

It was a bit deserted. Not many staff members around. It was far from everything. Needed to get a car into town or use the shuttle bus.

There are very few restaurants nearby within walking distance. Better if you rent a scoot to get around.

The room was spacious and clean. A quiet pool with a nice view. The breakfast buffet offers a variety of options and gets replenished constantly. The staff was very friendly and helpful! Reasonable distance to Kata beach (by taxi or by motorbike)

At first I couldn't find the reception, because I drove directly to the rooms I booked. Also the location is far from everything. I think the location was the main problem here, because even with a scooter it was a bit problematic. You either had to drive to Kata on a very busy 4 lane road, or the other way which goes through a very busy roundabout with constant traffic jams and police controls. There are also not that many places to eat, so it's better to take the twisty roads to Kata and eat there. Very slow wifi and poor mobile signal, so you're offline most of the time. Also, the whole resort was amost empty - not sure if it went through reconstrucion, but many of the facilities (gym etc) were closed and looked abandoned. It was strange.

The resort was really nice and the rooms had really luxurious feel. Also great price and nice staff. The view from the room was great. Pool was nice too.

The view on Chalong bay is beautiful, the room was nice, and the jaccuzzi on the terrace well appreciated. I will recommend this play, especially if you like the sunrise.

Walking down the hills from the hotel.

The view of the pool was memorable! Loved the towels made into a Swan! The most comfy and largest bed I've slept on( just needed maybe a few more pillows to fill the space would make it a perfect 10/10). Enjoyed the complimentary breakfast

Conditioning system was not well-considered, because it is located in bedroom and air is not goin to the Livingroom. In the living room was ventilator but nevertheless the volume was on full, it could not refresh the room. Kitchen was spacious but with almost no appliances. There were just microwave and water boiling can, two plates and two bowls. We did not have Wi-Fi in our villa, nor did get it from other apartments. we had out own, by mobile hot-spot, that is why this was not a big minus to us. Employees had cleaning equipment stored under our house, so there was some mornings when they were a bit too loud. Lack of lighting options in bedroom.

We booked One-Bedroom Villa and we were really happy. There were plenty of space. We had Livingroom with small balcony, two bathrooms (one outside), spacious bedroom with king size bed and walk-in wardrobe. We enjoyed the view as well. We got house that is up on a hill, so there was nice view to other houses, palm trees and overall view. Rooms was in moderate condition. It could be refreshed in some places but we liked it anyway. We stayed 7 night and would like to stay more. During our stay we saw that employees make renovation in other Vilas, that good, they improve. Breakfast was good, every morning fresh made omelet, toast, ham, bacon, sausages, coffee, fruits and croissant. Friendly staff. We were the only one using pool in our stay, that was excellent. Pool looked very good and did not smell like chlorine. There was also gym, it could have some maintenance, but over all okay.

The room was old and did not reflect the website expectations. The Jacuzzi wasn't working properly, low power hydro jet. We asked to the staff member that came to fix a problem in our room and she said it was normal like that.

When we arrived at the hotel , no staffs was able to speak English , but they did they’re best and was very kind and helpful as much as they can , but our room wasn’t functioning and we had hard to explain it to the staff , but on the next morning we got an English speaking staff who understand our struggle and upgrade us for a beautiful and fully functioning room for the same price we already paid . I can definitely say that they do their best and it’s a very good resort if you find a quiet place in Phuket
