Nature is beautiful, but if you are a person who doesn't like many gecos and bugs in your room, please reconsider your booking options. We kept sleeping with bugs and gecos around our bed. Due to sustainability issues, the water was closed from 23.30 to 7 am, so had to shower before it. The bathroom is a bit old, could get renovated.

The beach view in front is so nice, the cute bar, very nice concept of the bungalows and wilderness (garden). The room was spacious, we had a hammock on the balcony. We loved that there is the option to rent a motorbike in the accommodation without deposit or leaving the passport. It was very convenient. The location is just a minute away from 7 11 and laundry shop. You can also visit night Markets and bars on foot.

No AC but I guess cheaper option so should have expected.

Only stayed for one night. Convenient as near the pier but not a lot around in the local area especially if you don’t ride a moped. Staff were friendly and helpful. On site restaurant and bar both have fair prices and good food. Hammocks we’re a nice touch.

Please book in advance to get an even better price. Biggest problem was the bathroom that was clean but old and didn't have a separate shower area which should be a standard. Keep in mind this bathroom situation is usual in Koh Phangan.

Layout of the whole resort is very cool, nice beach view with a super nice bar at the beach front. Staff was really nice, bartender also super cool. Location and value for money is spot on.

I loved the beach bar and cafe on site, very chilled and good food. I came down with a sickness bug whilst here (nothing to do with their food) and the staff were so kind bringing me medication and extra water. I loved my Seaview bungalow, parking on site for bikes, massage ass good, check in and out were smooth

I didn’t have AC so the room was pretty hot, but the fan helped. Coffee wasn’t great quality.

Great budget room on a island that is pretty expensive and booked out. Staff were great. Helpful and kind. Massage was amazing by the ocean. Breakfast a little pricey but not more than others on the island and pretty good quality.

If you get the wooden homes, you might have to deal with some bugs. Not an issue as this is the price you pay for being close to nature. But if this bothers you, you should select the buildings this property has and not the wooden houses.

The huts need a little bit of maintenance, floor boards felt at some spots like you could step through, very basic electric ( one double outlet, one light switch ) , water pressure is not the greatest

Bathroom could be nicer. There was just a handshower next to the toilet and small sink, but still did the job.

We chose beachfront cottage, view was amazing as you can see on the photo. Just 10 metres from the terrace to the sea. Beach was very quiet, usually just couple of people around. Very good food in restaurant and great drinks in a night bar. Close to Thong Sala main street. Personnel was very helpful and extremely nice like most people on Koh Phangan.

The room was quite dark. Fruit bats under the roof of the balcony would eat fruit at night and dump it loudly on the balcony, sometimes waking me up. I could also go into detail about the non existent water pressure, the toilet that had trouble flushing some bigger things away, and the generally less than ideal state of the bathroom, but that wouldn't do justice to the accommodation, especially given the good price and location. One important thing: if you put a warning on the wall and urge people to reduce single-use plastic, I feel it's quite strange if you don't offer water refill.

The staff was very friendly, up to and including the cleaners. The property is right on the beach. You can go for a small walk there (not too far) and enjoy the sunset while getting bitten by thousands of mosquitos. They also have Thai massage (I believe it's 300 THB), motorbikes for rent, a restaurant, ... in fact you would never even have to leave the resort if you don't want to.
